It was a wonderful experience that let us try a few flavors. I've never had gelato. It was delectable. I went with the Elvis, the peanut butter chocolate and the lemon sorbetto It was great. The lemon reminded me of my childhood where you get the frozen lemonade in a cup and eat it with the popsicle stick. They even had board games you and a friend can enjoy. It was a great time

We have loved Tifa since they first opened and every franchise after hasn't disappointed. Happy to have several locations all around the original including this one. My daughters and I love coming here for a sweet treat. My favorite seasonal flavor is the s'mores because I'm gluten free and this flavor is GF! My 11 year old loved the vegan dark chocolate (her favorite amount of bitter) and my 8 year old gets the mint n chip. They also have delicious macaroons, brownies and giant cookies all made in house! 10/10 recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Wow what an amazing gelato experience! Mason and Katlyn were amazing scoopsters and gave us the full flavor lay of the land. The place is cute and cozy and we had some of the best gelato of our lives

This place had some great gelato, I got the espresso flavor and loved it. The customer service was amazing, the nice young lady behind the counter even offered us samples and complementary wafers to go with our gelato order. This was all within an hour of closing time so the customer service really stood out. The shop itself was nicely stocked, organized and clean. I highly recommend this place.

The gelato here is always fresh. I especially like the affogato. I come here whenever I am in the area for affogato. The service is good. I especially like Coraline. She knows how to pull a great shot to pour on the gelato. She is personable and nice to talk to. My family enjoys her and the gelato.

I have been here 2 times. First time was great. Second time not so much. I have worked in customer service so maybe the teenager was having an off day but she came off as rude. The first girl that was originally helping us was great. Second girl not so much with her attitude. Again I have worked in customer service but having an off day doesn't excuse her attitude.

Walked in around 9:00 pm July 2nd with my elderly father and sister. A young lady probably aged 19-23 who was tall with short brown hair and piercings was EXTREMELY rude to the customers before us. I thought it may have been a fluke, maybe the customer was being rude to her as we had just walked in while she was serving a lady. Sadly when my sister and dad were asking about flavors she very rudely rushed us and spoke in a demeaning manner. She acted the same way to the people behind us. I usually do not leave reviews for establishments unless the service is really bad and tonight definitely earned a bad review. I love the ice cream but would never want to be served by this person again. She gave everyone very nasty looks and just had a very bad vibe in general.

I can’t describe in words how amazing this places’ gelato is. The smooth, gelato where you can pick so many flavors is so good. The wafer that comes on top is so crunchy and brings everything together.

There are so many things to like about this place! From all of the flavors of gelato, to the friendly, cozy ambiance, to the helpful staff. This was my first time to ever go to Tifa and I kept thinking " How is it that I have never been here before???"I honestly think this may be my new favorite place for a cold treat... It's not ridiculously expensive yet it's very high quality and tastes good without it having that overpowering sugar smell right when you walk in!♥️♥️♥️
