I've been wanting to try this place since it opened in my gym. Today I tried the onion crusted bass and it was fabulous! I will definitely be eating here again.

I ordered The French dip sandwich with a salad and their blueberry coconut smoothie with added fiber. It was great. If you want a really healthy version of the French dip this is the place to go. The bread was tasty and the meat was thinly sliced with Swiss cheese and I believe aïoli sauce. They could've added a little more aoli but that was fine because it also came with a side of the French dip clear gravy. This is not a typical thick meat French dip sandwich. The portion for the meat was thin and I was very happy with it. A lot of meat in a sandwich does not make a sandwich great. If you do want it with a little more meat you could always ask. I will take quality over quantity any day and this was pure quality. The smoothie was absolutely delicious. The only change I would say is that the smoothie was not all the way to the top. It was about an inch from the top which did look a bit awkward. That is easily fixed. They just need to fill their smoothie to the top so that it makes a better presentation. I texted the driver and he said to let them know. I would also wrap the smoothie with seranwrap and Bag tightly so that the customer receives it packaged. I had forgotten to eat dinner the other night so I drank the smoothie pretty quick and forgot to take a picture. I usually take a picture first but my stomach was growling. I will order it again so I can take a proper picture of it and perhaps the next time it will be packaged and completely full. My delivery guy was great -early and immediately texted me to let me know it was at the door.

Everyone should try these guys out! Healthy food to go. Covid safe! They deliver. I placed and order for delivery and was pleasantly surprised that they do not have minimum order amount. Just a delivery fee of about 5 bucks. Food was packaged very well and secure, nothing was leaking out. Food containers were well made, not flimsy like most places you order from. Whole order took under 25 mins. Very impressed!

Nice little Restaurant have lots of choices I ordered the earth burrito. But no flavor it was so simple and the pico de Gallo salsa had no salt & it was the only salsa they had Bad customer service Not worth $10. Dollars.

This place is rad. We have been doing meal prep for about 3 weeks now and we couldn't be happier!! The owners are very nice and communicative, and the food is AMAZING. Delicious and healthy. Can't beat it. And the pricing is better than our previous meal prep was so that's just an added bonus

WoW! WoW! WOW! My first time to try this spectacular eatery! Got the suggestions here and went for it! An ahhmazing menu with healthy, original, mind boggling flavorful choices. I ordered the Moroccan Shakshuka. The layers of flavors were divine. The chicken cooked to perfection. My friend had the ham and cheese croissant ... he was moaning with delight with each bite! Mine, the owner is delightful and delivers stellar service with a smile. All around, 10

I LOVE poached eggs...on pretty much anything. And here, you can get PERFECTLY poached eggs (3 of them included in pretty much anything) for a VERY reasonable price. We've had the Florentine scramble, breakfast burrito, Greek Omelet and cappuccinos...and we plan to try all of it! The customer service, the food, the portions, the prices...I've been telling everyone about it. So nice to have an option that leans to the healthier side of things and is priced very fair! Check them out...you won't be disappointed!

I've seen a few cafes in this location come and go over the 10 years I have been a member of the gym. This review is long overdue since I think I was one of their first customers and have been frequenting this place ever since. You don't have to be a gym member to dine here, it's right in the front lobby and anyone can come in to eat. The food is delicious and the service is always friendly and prompt. It's convenient to grab a yummy, healthy, meal after my workout. On the weekends when I have my kids in the kids club they beg me to eat here. It's not all healthy stuff either. They have amazing pancakes, waffles, French toast, Pasta, etc. If you ask they will basically make you whatever you want. They also do meal prepping which I just tried for the first time this week. I was blown away at how good the food was and so affordable! My husband and I can now have healthy prepared meals on hand in our fridge or for him to take to work. I highly recommend giving it a try!

ATTENTION PARENTS: What if I told you that you could literally drop your kids off in kids club, sit in a sauna, take a long shower, maybe flex a few times in the gym, grabba delicious meal all the while your kids are being cared for and having a blast in a room around the corner. CONVENIENCE 10/10 I literally do this multiple times a week sometimes. Grab some espresso, ready to crush the rest of the day! MSG TO THE OWNER - PLZ OPEN 4-8PM WEEKDAYS
