The Wendys here at Newbury is garbage the close at 10 yet close there doors at 9. I door dash and have to wait in a long drive thru line. This is a waste of my time and money. The we're not understanding about what I had to do. Bad customer service

Came here (Sunday evening) for a curbside order. Waited about fifteen minutes, no one came out. Walked into the store, only to see that the dining area is empty (drive thru line is also short). I ask for my order, it was ready behind the counter out of sight this entire time. It was not even busy...they really couldn't bring it out like they're supposed to? If a store that's busy can historically bring mine out faster, then they're likely just standing around playing on their phones. Ridiculous.

We went to this Wendy's today and ordered two combos. We indicated we wanted two friaries. The lady charged the order and gave two cups for fountain drinks. I indicated the frosty was supposed to be our drinks. She responded by indicating she thought I wanted the combos with the friaries. We opted to give the drinks to a lady standing in line. I told the cashier I was giving them to another person as she charged me for what I did not order. From a customer service standpoint, I would have expected her to remedy the issue. She failed to do so.

Ordered through the app. The app says to go through the drive through and let them know you are here for your app order. So I do. And the voice on the other end mumbled something and then went radio silent. Ok, great. I pull up to the window only to be scolded by mumbles and told next time I have to come in and they are just now starting my order. Gee wiz, I placed my order via app 10 minutes ago and have a confirmation. And you are going to scold me for following your own apps request? Ugh and I don't think so. Plus, please get some manners. Mine were there until I was treated disrespectfully. Btw, I am typing this review as I am still waiting for my order that I paid for.

I've been to this location 3 times now and I'm going to start with the fact that the food is good I am mostly disappointed with the service I was provided, My first time I had only ordered a single burger while the store was empty and it took them 15 mins since the time I paid to give me my food, now personally I've worked in fast food and I even know that's ridiculous, my second time going just some minor rudeness over the intercom on the drive-through but besides that pretty fine, my most recent time going (20 mins ago) I had some issues with the manager now I didn't cause problems or ask for his name but I will say he underperformed pretty hard. My girlfriend and I had some changes to our order cause we were a little indecisive but it wasn't anything ridiculous. The original order was large fry and a small shake but I decided to change it into a chicken 10 PC combo still with a large fry and the shake size changed to a large and I added another 10 PC combo for myself same size fry and for the large drink a sprite, when he asked if it looked correct on the screen I saw he had the original items on the menu we ordered so we asked him to take them off, by this point the manager was getting audibly upset and it was making my girlfriend uncomfortable when he was speaking with aggression. After we asked him to take off the small shake he said "we already made the shake", so at this point, I am being told that I will have to pay for the original small shake which we didn't want and we're still at the ordering area outside, it wasn't like we were at the pay window. I was kinda annoyed but I decided not to make a scene, we pull up to the pay window and it seemed pretty normal except he said they don't have apple pay, which is odd cause I've paid with apple pay before, after having to pay we were handed the food just to find that instead of a sprite they just gave me large water, It honestly annoys me cause I let this man charge me extra for something I didn't even want and he still messed up my order after being rude, I really hope that whoever was the manager that helped me considers his job choice cause it doesn't seem he's cut out for it.

This is an email I sent to Wendys re: location on Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks: I suspect this location is shortchanging customers. Ordered $6 in food, gave me $11 change for a $20. I politely did the math for the mexican/filipino with an effeminate pony tail, he called me an a******* I asked for the manager, he would not come to the window. The freak then threw several dollar bills at me and called me an a****** again. I politely said thank you and have a good day. If you do not reply I will contact the Ventura County DA's office about this scam. INTOLERABLE !!!!

Not only do they not follow directions given at the drive thru, they also do not give receipts . Will not return to this location again. Horrible service

Wow ! Attempted to use their receipt off of a bogo burger They took our money but claimed because it was 12:00 noon the deal for a Bogo burger was only good for breakfast WTH ? I use these all the time we ask where it states this on the coupon We we're ignored because it doesn't Apparently they are giving Amy one a manage position Sad they wasted our time and lack knowledge about their own offers

Order through mobile app and it's printing items / coupons are great savings. Best quality food than other fast food places.

Customer service isn't friendly. They got my order wrong & forgot to include the beverage. Had to ask her at the drive thru window for our shake. She claimed we didn't order one & failed to give me my receipt so I could prove it. So I went inside just asked the manager if he cud get me my shake I ordered & he asked no questions & handled it politely & promptly.
