Our first DoorDash order got stolen because they didn't ask for order details and the lady worker just shrugged and I had to wait for someone else to tell me to contact DoorDash. This problem could have been easily avoided if they would've just asked for order details. Then when we were waiting for our new order, she wasn't calling out my name specifically and was overall rude.

They forgot to put Ranch to my online order 3! times already. And they NEVER! pick up the phone... Goes to voice mail that is not setup. Never had auch an experience with wingstop before I moved here and have to order from Moorpark location.

Service here is really bad. I'm sorry but when I have to wait a additional 15 minutes to get my order because the girl is hiding behind a wall calling her friends is the reason that's just dumb. Also nice to see every other worker just stare at me and completely ignore me. Also the food... Used to be good but damn has it dropped in quality. Fries are disgusting their just covered in salt and are soggy. And wings are bland for them being hot wings. I don't plan on co.ing back for quite a while just to see if maybe in the future there's improvement.

This is the third time this month that I’ve had missing food in my order. I usually love wingstop but this is just horrible. Staff is rude and I ordered a wing combo and a sandwich combo and they completely forgot the sandwich. I’m done with this location. Try the one in Moorpark. It’s much better.

Food is delicious but the atmosphere is so bad. Smells like old grease and the service is bad. They don't own napkins and we needed to use paper towels. Takes at LEAST 30 minutes when you order in and they don't answer any calls either no matter what time it is.

My friends and I went Tuesday to eat there and that same day we all had stomache aches ,the next day my friend and I both got food poisoning from eating at this place.I love wingstop but never coming here

Terrible service, bad attention, my wife asked for a pickup that took longer than what the application said, the woman who was delivering the orders did it in a bad way and with very little cordiality, and also when she arrived with the order at the house they did not deliver The complete order is missing half of the product that was paid, order No 22988547282190338
I bought food and ate there. Was 9:54pm and they close at 12pm. Employee was mopping and I needed to use the restroom employee stayed no I just cleaned it. I had to run home as fast as possible. I will never come back again you lost my service. I’m crying and upset. Told me his name was Benjamin, he has a full beard over wight.

Love the new sauces they bring, my favourite ones are the maple siriracha and tha special lakers one. strongly recommend for you to try but dont trust with delivery, everything becomes soggy, so it is better to pick up the order or eat there.
