The food is overpriced for what you get. Definitely not a take away restaurant. The best thing was the potato and ribeye and you shorted us on sour cream and chives. We ordered two baked potatoes fully loaded and one little packet of sour cream two tiny butters and a sprinkle of chives. Quit wasting money on the packaging for take away orders. Insane thinking here in Cali lmaoI wouldn’t eat here again nothing special about it. And the restaurant was super noisy and busy

Omg. I will never go back to their Agoura location which I would cater once a month. I love the food, service and location.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars... we go there today Sunday at 2:30 not a full restaurant no wait for a party of 5. We have a red haired waitress who was nice at first. She looked like she had 2-3 other tables. Anyways, we ordered drinks and asked for some bread and were brought 4 pieces of bread, for 5 people. We then had someone in our party ask for 2 baskets of bread this time please. 10 minutes later after talking to another table of 2 for 5-10 minutes laughing and joking with them, she came back with one basket. We asked for ranch and blue cheese with our wings and we're only given one. Eventually after getting no refills for 10 minutes, she comes up and says she is taking her leave for the day and passes us off to another server. (Thank god, the male server we got was decent. He actually checked up on refills made sure we were good.) so after 5 minutes we see her walking around taking care of other tables she had. Needless to say 2-3 of our orders ended up being wrong... So she basically didn't care about our table at all and the handed it off for someone else to clean up her mess. As the owner of another restaurant in the area, this service is something I have never seen at any other wood ranch location. I will never go back, to this location. This location almost put me off to any wood ranch. The lady manager never once stopped by or was even walking around just sitting in the back and talking. The whole staff would sit for 5-6 minutes at the busser station and converse leaving tables full of drinks and dishes. It was amazing to see from a company I had good experiences in the past from at different locations. Very poorly ran location and it's a shame as a wood ranch in TO sounded like a great idea. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Ribs used to be really great, is it seems the last 4 times I've done (over the course of 2 years) they've gotten drier and drier and not very enjoyable.

If you're looking for a great steak and potato and your essential meat-lover sides, this is the place for you. Their garlic rolls are to die for. You can't stop eating them. Their beef, ribs, ribeye, tri-tip, and salmon (the ones I've tried) are excellent. Sometimes, all you need is just a great big steak. Please try it!

This Wood Ranch is really hit and miss. Burgers and salads are delicious and large, but my brisket sandwich (French dip) was awful and I was dumb enough to have ordered it on two occasions. On a plain toasted bun were pieces of leathery dry brisket slices curled like bacon. It was like the slices were placed in an oven to reheat them for the sandwich. I ended up removing the overcooked meat and eating it with a knife and fork. Brisket sandwiches typically have juicy, tender layered slices, but apparently no one told the WR people. Definitely avoid this item unless you like jerky. I have wondered where WR is headed as the menu has shrunk to 1 page of starters, salads, sandwiches, and a few barbecue entrees. Service was pretty good as usual.

Recently I just went out with my son to eat and I ordered food and I ordered my meat medium well it came out rare ...It didn't come out as I expected .... I asked for two identical orders and canceled one because my son couldn't eat anymore. and I still paid for both orders and the manager was very sarcastic but the waitress had very good service... pay for what went wrong

This was my second time at Wood Ranch. The previous time was maybe 20 years ago at the Moorpark location and the food was mediocre so we never returned until last night. Nothing has changed. The ribs were tough and dry. So was the brisket. The cocktails were lousy, the soft drinks were flat. The only thing this place has going for it is the ambiance the the shredded onion. I don't understand how or why this chain has such a great reputation.

I like the bar and the atmosphere. Great place to stop and get a bite to eat while at the mall.

This is a great place to come for happy hour. I met a couple of my friends there at the bar. The service was good and the appetizers were delicious and at a good price. They were quite short staffed but the bartender was working hard and kept up with everything.

Woodranch is always great but this location I really love. The decor is very pretty and great for a date night. This review though is to give a shout out to our amazing waitress my husband and I had tonight. Elizabeth made our night out so lovely. We have a toddler at home and don't get to do as many date nights as we would like. Elizabeth was so friendly and provided us with fast and amazing service. She really stood out since unfortunately these days customer service is lacking and it's hard to find great service and come across people that are so friendly. I hope her manager sees this. Truly they are so lucky to have her.
