It’s overall an okay restaurant. Nothing to brag about or take home to mom. Steaks can sometimes be overcooked, the waiters sometimes forget about you or even forget to bring drinks (has happened multiple times), and depending on if you get alcohol….. the mug may break and spill beer alll over you! Not a fun experience overall
Christian our server was excellent you need more like him. He was very understanding. The filet mignon sandwich was a zero, full rack of ribs was 5 stars and I have been coming here for years. Monica the manager has excellent customer service and very understanding.

Nice staff. Food was great. It's been a while since I've gone to a Black Angus because of quality but this one was awesome.
My server Tomas was amazing ??!! The reason for the 3 star rating, is due to the temperature of my food being lukewarm when served. I warmed the leftovers the next day (in the oven for 15 mins @ 375°), and the food was awesome while hot. I ordered the 12oz prime rib, loaded mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts.

I came here tonight for my daughter's birthday party. We had the campfire feast and added 2 lobster tails. All the dishes were great, even the side orders. We had mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans and brussels sprouts. We ordered the shrimp entrée and prime rib. Everything was great even our waitress! The only problem was the hostess Mia with the blue eyeshadow. She first seated us in a bad location and we asked to be moved; she gave us attitude about it. We ordered the birthday package, which was supposed to include a birthday card. We asked her about it and she gave us attitude. Might not return.

I dined here after a concert I performed in, and Hector A was our server.His attention to detail and personality really made for a wonderful experience for me and my family. He made our celebration extra special, and I want to thank him and commend him for such excellent service!

This "Black Angus Steakhouse" has been here for a very long time, and I have patronized this store with varying frequency since it originally opened. In recent years, I have not visited during dinner service. When I go, it is usually for a late lunch. During the hours after lunch, but before dinner, the service is never bad; it just "feels" slower paced because there are fewer customers. I am a creature of habit. I order the same thing each time: the ribeye steak ($32.99) with a salad and baked potato; and a Pepsi ($4.25). With tax ($3.72), my ticket was $40.96 before any gratuity. The important thing is that the steaks, and the preparation and presentation of my meal, have been very consistent each visit. (It is nice to have your expectations met.)
All I have to say is, here we go again...This review remains the same as my other reviews...No need to continue to be redundant... I ordered through Ubereats yesterday (04/05) ~ The Whiskey Pepper Steak w/roasted green beans, a baked potato (butter/sour cream/onions & chives) and an extra order of molasses bread...

This place is disgusting. I was served a drink with a bug in it. I had to kill a spider crawling on the floor next to me. My families steaks were not cooked correctly. The restroom reaks.
