Tried this place for the first time on a Saturday around 3:45 and ordered their Southern Banana Pudding ice cream and had a friend order their Ube, New York Cheesecake, and Green Tea flavors. The New Year cheesecake comes with a graham crust entwined and the banana pudding has Nilla wafers. The regular is a LOT bigger and more cost effective than a Baskin Robbin’s or Handel’s. Regular was three scoops, and a large was four. If you do get the green tea, pair it with the Cheesecake!A super long line that will have you waiting at least fifteen minutes, but it’s worth it. They have a couple of seats outside but right next to the street so it’s not very pleasant. Also, you can get samples!Dietary restrictions: They have non dairy flavors and sherberts.Parking: Free parking in the Palm Plaza and Torrance Plaza.Kid-friendliness: Perfect place to take a kid!

Terrible ice cream here. No clue why anyone thinks this is great, it’s overrated. There is a Baskin Robbin’s in the same complex that has much better ice cream. The prices are also way too expensive.

I had a bad feeling as I was watching the vanilla ice cream being scooped. It looked like soft serve rather than frozen ice cream. A bad sign was when the containers were dripping melted ice cream on the counter, in the parking lot on the way to the car, the car, and the cooler I put the ice cream in. When I got home ice cream dripped in the freezer as I transferred my half gallons to the freezer.Orange sherbet was soft and very sweet with orange flavoring. Better than what I had at Vons but not as good a flavor as Handel's.Vanilla had an inconsistent texture. Mostly creamy with a small of ice crystals due to the ice cream having melted and refreezing in my freezer. Nice vanilla flavor which reminds me of Fosselmans.Blue pop Italian ice was cold and icy. Loved the sweet and tart flavor which is raspberry based.Green tea ice cream was rich and creamy. Green tea flavor reminded me of the green tea ice at Benihana.Cherry vanilla was rich and creamy with sweet vanilla ice cream and cherry pieces which gave this ice cream burst of sweet cherry flavor.I enjoyed some of my Bruster's ice cream but the vanilla was not as good as it could be. I was very disappointed in how Bruster's was not able to keep some of their ice cream frozen solid. You are not suppose to let your ice cream melt and then freeze it again. It also made a mess in my car, cooler, and freezer. It's unlikely I will return as I can get better quality ice cream from places that sell their ice cream in pre-packs that come frozen solid.

The ice cream was good but Management was horrible. Katie was rude and rushing us like we are cattle. I even over heard her cursing to her employees. It is so unprofessional, especially in front of a crowd of customers.

Fresh made flavors, lots of original creations make this ice cream shop stand out from the rest. This and fossilmans are my two goto locations for ice cream and I alternate between the too.Service: excellent all around and never once have I come here and not been greeted by some of the nicest people happily scooping ice cream for my cravings. My personal favorite flavors include Death by Chocolate, Chocolate Raspberry truffle and Cherry vanilla. All their flavors come with tons of chunks of chocolate, cherries etc.The only gripe sometimes is the scoops being a bit small but 90% of the time they are a healthy size which would fill my craving. There's always a line here so plan accordingly and try all the flavors! I do recommend flavors with less chunks of ingredients for the shakes as it hard to suck up a straw lol.I highly recommend this ice cream shop!!!

This is a great ice cream spot in the South Bay. Their ice cream cakes are also REALLY good. Service is always great. The ambiance is okay, it's mostly outside. - Delicious ice cream - Delicious ice cream cake - So many flavors to choose from - Parking is okay - They take online orders - Pricing is reasonable

First time here and very friendly service. I got me two flavors of raspberry ice creams and it was delicious light and not too sweet. They were very generous with the scoops and I didn't such a high sugar crash after. Will come back

Love Brusters ice-cream - if you are a Handels lover you should check this out you won't be disappointed! Service always fast and friendly even when a long line on a warm Saturday night. Always about 40 flavors to choose from and can get it in pint or quart to go too. Few tables there with sun cover if want to eat there, it's a nice spot to eat there. One of your top choices in the area can't go wrong with any of the flavors!

DON'T ORDER ONLINE. I like coming here because the ice cream is good. They're usually crowded but the service had always been good. Today I ordered online. I walk up to the window 15 minutes after my order. They spend 5 minutes ignoring me after they've looked me dead in the eyes twice. I finally knock on the window and one worker stares at me. The other finally comes over and I tell them I have an online order, he takes my name, checks for my order and tells me they just received it. You just received an order over placed now 20 minutes ago? Ok. I don't think they even checked because it was busy. I honestly like this place, but please improve the customer service. If you're gonna take online orders you should be checking them regularly.

Excellent ice creams!I was a little surprised about how watery the shakes were, though, but nonetheless, the ice cream was solid!

Been seeing this place for the longest time here at Torrance and finally dropped by here. It's at the corner of the strip mall at Crenshaw and Sepulveda. It's pretty crowded during summertime until late nights. There's outside seating only and you order through the window. Parking was easy, can be tight depending on the time of day.Since it was our first time, I ordered a large bowl which I didn't realize comes with 4 scoops...well more to try! I told the sweet server to choose the flavors for me, just no coconut. The 4 scoops were Graham Central Station - swirl of chocolate flakes with homemade graham ice cream (best seller I'm told), Cherry Vanilla - creamy vanilla with a lot of whole Maraschino cherries, Chocolate Chip - vanilla ice cream with rich chocolate flakes, and Butter Pecan - smooth butter pecan ice cream with whole pecans. Loved them all...waffle bowls was crisp and holds those big scoops of ice cream well. Best shared as always....will be coming back. Sign up for rewards or look for their free coupons in your mail.

Soo yummy ice cream. Lots of flavors even the sugar-free fat-free ice cream was really good. Staff is always super nice. Great location and nice tables to eat at outside.
