I had the worst experience at this location. Don't get me started I was going to this location on a regular basis but since yesterday I will no longer go to this location and maybe not any of the coco's ever again. Let's start that I order the week day breakfast special that is $9.99 and the waiter puts it in as the classic breakfast for $13.49 ok not much difference in price but that is one part I have the complaint but the second part when I asked for the manager over to the register I explained what happens and he calls the waiter and the waiter said I had ordered the classic and he repeated the order he sure did with the eggs hash browns bacon and pan cakes where that comes in the classic and the week day breakfast special and if you have the classic the has browns actually gets charged an additional $2.00 to your order and the manager starts arguing with me of what I ordered what the hell so if you feel this is helpful info let me know this location argues with there customers is not cool. I also have to include the bacon was not even cooked fresh it taste like it was sitting for a few days and the hash browns were under cooked who jn there knows that is so wrong to give customers stale bacon and undercooked hash browns

I had the please of meeting Lato the manager. He was so awesome and helped me get two pies for Thanksgiving so that my mother who is 87 could enjoy them for desert. Thank you for the fantastic customer service Lato!

I am just appalled by this place. I preordered a Dutch pie a week in advance for Thanksgiving. I call the morning of to confirm my pick up time to find out that they didn't have my already paid for pie. Then I was offered a replacement of an apple pie. I asked why didn't they have my pie that I had already paid for and the managers response was that his shipment did not arrive. Then he tells me that they sold out since yesterday. I explain to him that he probably sold my pie to someone else, and did not honor my pre-order. they didn't even notify me that they ran out of the pie. I had to call to find this out. If you don't want your thanksgiving dessert ruined, don't pre order from this place. They don't respect your order.

I come to this specific cocos for every thanksgiving to pick up pies and today was the worst experience I've ever had coming here. This employee was being very disrespectful & rude to me as I came up and gave her my pick up order information. She already seemed irritated and in a bad mood. She proceeded to talk over me as I was giving her my information to pick up my pies. I told her to stop being rude and to stop giving me attitude and to stop talking over me so she can get the information she needed. She then gives me MORE attitude and says very loudly "I'm not going to help her you can help her" to her then already busy co worker. Mind you there was already a huge line of people wanting to buy pies. She proceeded to help the people after me and I was stuck waiting in line while everyone else was getting helped. She came up to me and tried gaslighting the situation by asking me if I was having a bad day. She was very rude from the beginning of our interaction. Her attitude is just very disgusting and I am able to tell that she does this very often to customers. I will never be coming here ever again ( not that the employees or manager cares ) but her service was unacceptable.

Food was good, but most relevant part of our visit was our server attention to us and other customers around us. Raul's service was one of the best services given to me and my family ever.

Poor quality food and way overpriced. This was $14. So salty and oily.

The food was mediocre, the service was great! Very nice prompt waitress. THE CARPETING SMELLED LIKE DIRTY FILTHY WATER AND AND MILDEW! An absolutely disgusting situation to try and eat in.

Stay clear of this place! Nothing about this place is good coffee is nasty, the pancakes terrible, hash browns were to hard to chew. The service was good.My guess these restaurants are hiring anyone who wants to work not by experience but by willingness to WORK!!!! I will be cooking at home going frwd I can not continue to waste my money on nasty food.

The cooks dont care, servers dont care ,you have to constantly ask for the same request the bill was slapped instead of asking about our experience or offering dessert, after all they have many desserts to pick from the whole experience was a 1 out of 10 for food ,service, servers etc ;I recommend you dont ever waste your hard earned money or precious time at this heartless place.

It saddens me to see what happened to my restaurant. How did you guys go from Coco's to TV dinners. I hate LA ?

Great family breakfast place. But it can get hot and crowded. The air is on but with the summer heat and when it gets crowded, it can be uncomfortably warm inside. The build your own omelette is the best choice. All of the omelettes come with an option to either choose toast or French toast.
