Could you please tell your employees not to touch their faces while serving ice cream? I got the chocolate ice cream and it was icy. The good cold stone days are far gone.

Curly hairs blonde/redhead was SO rude. Rolling her eyes and giving attitude for no reason. I understand working during the holidays sucks but your being paid to serve ice cream and deal w people all day. If you don't want to be too friendly it's understandable but being rude for no reason isn't correct.. it's giving unprofessional.

There was a blonde curly haired girl worker that was so rude for no reason. A group of us got there 5 minutes before closing which I get sucks but we asked if they were still open and she said yes.. We weren't being loud or rude and she just had the worst attitude.

The girl working behind the counter on Monday 12, at 4 took five minutes to come out, was very rude and didn't give me what I ordered. I am never coming back to this store.

Worst customer service ever. To get ice cream it took me 90 minute to get it. Staff is slow. They work super slow so customer can c big Q n leave. Never going back again. Ever...again. Turtle can work faster than.... Well u got the idea.

just WOW... caroline (or carolina?.. sorry!) was DELIGHTED that we came for a Cold Stone run! She was so nice and optimistic and helped us get our ice cream and explained the menu~ She made us feel so comfortable and not feel awkward that we came! service and mood we felt was just too great! Ice cream tastes great too! Around 6$ for a good amount of ice cream! Delamo Coldstone bottom floor near Bookoff!~

The best costumer service ever!! Even though it was late at night, the cashier was handling everything perfectly only by herself. It was a clean and nice place. If you ever wanna have some fresh ice cream and really good time, visit this place. Highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing! Felt like I was back home in Iran! I had the faloudeh and saffron ice cream and loved every bite. I don't normally do reviews but I had to write one for these guys.

Cold Stone's is by far my favorite ice cream place so I was more than thrilled yesterday to find that they were open for business on what was a wonderfully bright sunny afternoon. We've been doing our part staying safe at home but thought we'd treat ourselves with a quick point to point trip to Cold Stone's in Torrance. And to our surprise we found a coupon for buy one get one free. It was on! Off to get ice cream! Yeah! So excited! So we get there, tell the associate what we wanted and that we have this coupon. They make both orders, I provide the payment and coupon. Then they say I'm sorry this coupon is expired. What! Expired 2 days ago. I didn't realize it was expired. So they ask do you want to pay for both or just one? I was speechless! I said just the one and they take the other custom made ice cream order and put in a freezer. Wow! During this crazy time we are in, this is what happened. My husband said we should never return to this place again. And as much as I love this place, he is right. It's the little things that sometimes make a big statement. Very disappointed with this customer service at what used to be my favorite ice cream place. :(
