They messed up out order of #2 slider meals and when we went back to have it fixed they gave us one each of a slider with regular sandwhich bread and a top bun missing the worker that served us was fat and rude it said his name was Nathan on the recipeThe fat part is not an opinion it was a fact he was fat

The service and ambiance were on point. But the food is another story. We ordered a chicken sliders mild, plain chicken strips and Mac n cheese. The strips had old grease(that you can taste) all over the strips. The slider was ok but I have been throwing up no stop. So the bad grease and possible food poisoning from this place. We will never ever go back.

I've been to a couple locations before but this was my first time at this location and I had the best experience here. First off the food was amazing (it always is) and also Nick M was working the register today and he's got the best attitude in the world. The guy has a contagious attitude that is filled with joy and he will for sure be able to turn anyones bad day around (he did for me). I saw everyone he served leave with a smile! Please give this man a raise ASAP or better give home his own location because if you had this man train his own employees it would be the best Dave's location!!

The foods and customer service is just OK. Long wait times. The food was soggy. I don't think I will be going back to this place, again. People say it is good, but, not so good., just OK.

Juicy saucy tender. I got my order mild but I'm ready to move up the spice level. I tasted the sauce more than the spice, so I think I can move up a couple of levels easily. Adding the honey makes a notable difference but does make eating with your hands more sticky and messy. All of the staff members were extremely nice and went out of their way to welcome customers and explain the menu. Good touch. The men's bathroom was out of order, so they made the female bathroom all gender in the meantime.

Really tasty chicken. Really bad customer service and super long wait times. I was not at all impressed with the staff or the overall ordering process. What seemed to be a slow time there with very few patrons and almost no line still took 40 mins from order to getting food. I had to stand there and wait to order for over 10mins while the front register guy casually talked into the kitchen and didn't care to take an order. He didn't really want to answer questions about the menu either and then once I ordered it took 30 mins to get the food. Granted the chicken is good, and i liked the kale slaw. But man I cannot imagine coming during a peak time. It would be a 2 hour wait.
