I got fish and chips and ahi poke as take out. The food was pretty good but I'm quite disappointed that 1) they did not include any tartar sauce for fish and chips or ketchup nor did they ask me if I wanted any and 2) they put poke (raw tuna) dish on top of hot fish and chips instead of bagging separately or putting some kind of insulation barrier. This is very bad idea in terms of food safety. My poke was lukewarm when I came home to eat, yuck. I even tipped them on this takeout.

Started going here 2 years ago. Food was great prices good. Not so much lately. Last two times here french fries were cold, the black bean portions were smaller. But the worst part was when I asked for fries that weren't cold, I got a real attitude from the person cooking. No apology, just attitude. Probably won't be coming back.
Good selection of choices of fresh fish well prepared and presented. Friendly staff is well organized and helpful to the first time customer.

My family really enjoys FishBonz, great fish plates, tacos, and even the grilled chicken is fantastic. The portion sizes are large enough to share with each other. Highly recommend this place.

Food is pretty good, especially the fish tacos. Don’t like the imitation coke they use from another brand. Found a short piece of facial hair sticking out from one of my taco tortillas (it was sticking out from the tortilla, not loosely sitting on it). I went back inside to talk with someone and realized all the males working there are middle eastern guys with beards. So I didn’t see the point in saying anything because they aren’t going to shave their facial hair, wear beard covers, or replace all the workers for the sake of food sanitation. My friend and I now joke about getting tacos with hair because of fishbonz in torrance.
