Something about this place? I have been here 4 times, and it's always the same thing....I am seated right away but sit for 10-15m b4 my order is taken; I get the food in a reasonable amount of time; the food used to be really good, now it's bland and this IS Mexican cuisine, right? Before you blame it on the pandemic, I said FOUR times.....2 prior to C19, once during and again today. If I do come again, I willtry Cerritos. They even have the nerve to charge $50 for Sunday Brunch and an additional $23 for unlimited mimosas.?Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options; I would recommend the veggie tacos, but they no longer sell that dish. I can't recommend the fish tacos.....too bland. I have had fish tacos that didn't need anything else except the crema & salsa.

This restaurant has stunning scenery and pretty good service, however I thought the food was slightly above average (or maybe just the lunch combos they offered). I don't know if their quality of food correlates with their prices. We came here to also celebrate a birthday and were surprised to find out that if we were to bring our own cake, that they would charge us an additional $20. We were also not able to split checks at all. We understand that each restaurant has their own policy, but just a heads up in case anyone was planning to celebrate with a large party!

We came here for lunch. Our server was very friendly with a nice smile each time she came by to check on us. They have a lunch menu with a decent amount of food for the price. I also liked that they have a vegetarian section. I had the Taco Vegano Baja. It was pretty good. The complimentary chips came with two sauces. The red one had a good depth of flavor.

Food: I ordered a burrito and got nothing but rice inside for $20. BS!!!! Service: good Ambiance: great. Recommend: save your money! I'd rather go to Taco Bell for Real Mexican food. Yeah that's a dig.

Great place to have a bite to eat. Outstanding service. Great selection of Mexican food. If you are out for a drink they have you with a fully stocked 5 star bar area. Definitely recommend.

Frida Mexican Restaurant 21438 Hawthorne Ca. I really want to be fair about this restaurant review but it is going to be difficult. First the positive, the guacamole was excellent! Now the meal, rice was mushy, carnitas tacos were so tuff you couldn't chew the meat, lastly the pork tamale was so dry you couldn't eat it, and the enchilada sauce was terrible and bitter just plan garbage!Another in our party had chicken tacos and there was no flavor at all, the refried beans were of can quality and should not have been served to anyone. Honestly worst meal ever! The server was pleasant but his attention was on making drinks! Don't waste the money on this place. Ambiance was nice,

Didn't try their food this time around but my girlfriend says she's had it and it's amazing Mexican Cuisine. Went in for a night cap and tried their Adelita (tequila, pineapple, cucumber and fresh lime juice) off their happy hour menu. Was honestly a really great drink was made very well. The bartenders were very attentive and I'd go back again to try more on their menu. Very gorgeous ambiance I might add, perfect for a date night
Our waiter was great and very attentive. The food was delicious! Got the mixed fajitas, guacamole and plantains. Probably the best fajitas I have ever had. A little pricey but it was worth it. Definitely recommend.
