They no longer offer Cajun sauce on the regular dinner menu… you have to pay an additional $20 to unlock the option along with a whole other menu. It doesn’t make sense to gate keep a “sauce”, it was literally the only reason I came to this place. I guess I’ll be going elsewhere since the sauce is no longer an option.

All you can eat Korean BBQ. Great choices of protein. Went for lunch not expecting anything and was amazed how good it was. Our waiter was exceptional.

I don't like it anymore and I change the menu a lot to eat shrimp you already have to pay extra and the prices are already very high and they take a long time to serve you and bring things to the table, you have to be asking for a lot of kisses it's not compared to before if they served you good

I’m a big fan of Gen BBQ but at this particular location I was blown away by the outstanding customer service provided by everyone, specially Antony, the manager and Mary Jane the server, fresh food, and attention to detail, even during peak hours with a packed house. Despite the bustling atmosphere and hundreds of diners, the staff remained incredibly friendly and attentive. We were promptly seated and attended to without any long waits, thanks to their efficient organization. Every aspect of our dining experience was taken care of, making it truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking a combination of excellent service and delicious food, even during busy times.

Went here on a weekday mid-day and got their all-you-can-eat (AYCE) lunch deal which came out to $21 after tax. I got their pork belly and garlic pork belly, premium steak, bulgogi, ox intestine, and beef belly. Banchan comes with kimchi, gamja salad, spicy cucumber salad, and spicy radish salad. They brought out a small bowl of rice, and I ordered japchae which came in a larger serving. Meat was of pretty high quality - the beef belly cuts were not the best but the rest of meats were great. They were quite slow to fill up water but I was nestled in a corner and a party of one, so I can’t complain. On the flip side, they were quick to switch out grills and grab meats. Overall, a pretty good experience at this Korean barbecue spot.Parking: Park in the free plaza parking lot.

We have been to different locations of this restaurant so we are familiar with the quality and service. This is our first time here and we got the service level we expected from other locations.Food was amazing. Service quality was outstanding. We went on a late Saturday night so it was busy but they were able to accommodate a large group of 14. We did call an hour ahead to be sure. We enjoyed our time there!

In my experience I didn't like the place, the table is too small for all the small dishes they bring you, and they don't come to pick them up, I couldn't even eat and the price is a little expensive, for meat lovers it's fine, but If you want a balanced meal I don't recommend this place.

As much as I like the ambience and the Korean barbecue. The thing that irritates me the most is every time we go and they bring out the salad. It has never been fully washed. There is always dirt and bugs never fails so the last time we went, we didn’t order it and although we enjoyed the meet, the fact that the previous two times we came the salad had dirt really irked me and that’s why we haven’t been there since. I highly recommend that you ask them to wash the salad if you do order it otherwise just avoid the place outright. That’s only if you can withstand a temptation of the barbecue because that is really good.Parking: Easy parkingKid-friendliness: Lots of kids with families
