Very poor customer services Rude manager. On April 19th 2024 at 3:52 PM.. We went through drive thru to order food. We ask for jumbo jack with cheese and two tacos no sauce.. Then we asked for 5 pcs It chicken strips and 3 pcs jalapeño pops. Ask for small popcorn chicken small size. Got coke and sweet tea medium.. went we got the order we was checking the order. the jumbo jack and jalapeño pops was missing.So we told the guy in drive thru. He asked for the extra chicken strips .Then he gave us bag with the jumbo jack and jalapeño pops that they forgot to give us . I feel like that’s not cool to ask for the chicken strips back after we touch it. I Never heard of that before usually a restaurant would say go ahead and keep it because you touched it so I guess is that OK to do that? I don’t think so. Then my daughter- in-law calls this location and talks to this lady manager. She was very ghetto on the phone. Didn’t carry her self like a manager. You don’t talk to customers like you are in the street. You show respect and carry yourself better. Maybe she got the wrong job. You act like a leader and make your restaurant a place people want to eat at. Don’t call customer KAREN!! Because they speak up..SOLVE THE MATTER.. So we spend money deserves good customer service !!!

Drive thru service was terrible, I ordered a breakfast jack and she didn't ask me which 1 I wanted and I get to the window and she gives me ham and I said u didn't ask me which 1 I wanted and after giving her a coupon she's going to tell me that with the coupon it comes w/ ham and you didn't even know I had a coupon until I got to the when, she was argumentative and wanted to charge me more for a different meat, the coupon does not specify that I have to get ham, I never had this problem before, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS JACK IN A BOX, THE DRIVE THRU IS RUDE and this not my 1st time here I've been 1 other time, this tine just put the topping on this review.

So....(yes, im generalizing a bit, but...) Not the friendliest staff in the South Bay. There is one young woman however, who is very friendly, nice and attentive. There's more than 3 people working nights there within the last 6 months who I would personally never hire, after experiencing the way they talk to guests/customers, including myself. I was shocked actually. Embarrassed to even witness and hear them speak and behave like that.Also... not sure how this works with chain restaurants but I sincerely think this is the only JITB whose REGULAR fries are BAD. Not just mediocre... BAD. Not kidding or embellishing here. I don't know why the Curly Fries are still good, and I admit I definitely still order those. Regular fries just aren't working here. And they continue to be the only item I won't buy here anymore even for other people- because there's something wrong. Which, as I understand, really should make us question other operations at this location.Vegetarian options: Their packaged salads are good. I've never been disappointed with their premade salads. They are (in my opinion) similar to the old Dominos dinner salads you can order. Traditional, basic and pretty fresh and overall bomb ? :)

Always a great place to stop available food pretty much all day late night when you’re traveling and of course, it taste good! also, the drive-through it’s pretty quick, and always got very friendly team taking your order. They are nice they are kind.Parking: Always plenty of parking even if it’s all that crowded they seem to have a bigger lots than most of the places very convenient. Nice large parking spaces no bang doors. Love that!Kid-friendliness: Kids always love it. Specially, the larger restaurants. They’re very clean friendly you get the food you want. The kids have a blast.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy again for Parking, as well as tables, and entrance through the door. Very good accommodations.

Knowingly steals. Wont give bacon on a bacon ultimate order, wont give more than one ketchup packet. Refuses to open doors or answer phones when they have done this to get your money back. Eventually someone who is much angrier than i will do something much more real to these people than this review. You have been warned, thieves.This is the night crew doing this at this location. Around 3am is when this happened. Whenever i eat at your place its at these times. Your night crew on thursday nights are criminals. Ordered and charged for a bacon ultimate but got no bacon. Was told receipt was in the bag, no receipt, asked for ranch and ketchup got one packet of each as as an insult on a large combo. Thinking they can get away with this because it is late is furthermore indicative of criminal thought patterns as it is opportunistic. Taking advantage of closed door policy in the early morning hours to prevent me from getting my money back on the same day is also indicative of this.
