I am a loyal customer and love the food. But I Made an online order for delivery. I opened my bag and saw that it was actually for someone else whose order was valued less than mine. I reported the problem to the Jollibee website asking for a partial refund including proof of the wrong order and after 5 days no response. am I not going to get compensation?

spaghetti was rubbery, but the sauce kinda saved it. They didn’t have spicy chicken when I went.Skip the pie it tastes terrible

I ordered for delivery directly from their website. My food never came and when I called the restaurant for a refund, I had to call back multiple times to make sure I was refunded. I sent proof that the food was never delivered. They assured me I would be and was never refunded. Their customer service was awful. I’ve had to flag the purchase with my credit card company to initiate a refund. Would rate them zero stars if I could.

I came to buy 2 spicy deluxe combo and pies and drinks it was over 60 i gave them a 100 and they told me they dont have change really for a busy place like them they dont have money for change? The cashier was rude and was not willing to help. They say if i dont have exact change or card then give them the food back i was like really seriously. Never again will i ever come back.
