Lindberg's is the place to go to for all of your nutrition need. The staff at Lindberg's are the gold standard. They friendly and super knowledgeable about nutrition, health, and conditioning. Their supplements are top notch. Lindberg's is a Southern California gem. This family really cares about health and their customers. The Lindberg's have providing excellent products and excellent health information for decades. So many people have been helped by this store and this family. I'll always love Lindberg's and I hope they will continue to be there for many more decades to come.

Visited Lindor Vitamins in Torrance, California, and had an amazing experience, all thanks to Raquel's exceptional service! She went above and beyond. The store offers a good selection, although the protein shake didn't quite hit the mark. Still, Raquel's friendliness made the visit memorable!

Very rude got treated if I was going to rob the store or something ?
I don't usually write reviews however, I decided to share my experience about what happened at this location. A few days ago I went to make a purchase. Usually, I purchase the same things so I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes, but this last purchase required more time to price check since there were numerous brands who sold the same product. Every time I go inside, I'm followed by the very short gentlemen who works there with black hair. He's about 5 feet tall and barley reaches the top of the aisle. I'm not sure if he works for loss prevention and is profiling people or is just being creepy however, his actions can make paying customers feel unwelcomed. He usually acts like he is rearranging the shelves, but you'll glance over and see he's watching you. Since again I'm usually out in 5 minutes I ignore it because its not worth my time. As I was shopping this time, I walked to the next aisle and sure enough he followed me to that aisle however, when he seen that another employee was already in that aisle sitting on the floor stocking merchandise, he made an about face 180 and left. At this point I casually told the employee that was sitting on the floor (I later found out her name was Ariel) about my experience. What prompted me to write this review is because instead of her saying something like "I'm sorry, is there anything I could assist you with?" she actually wanted to argue with me with and make excuses for why this employee would make a paying customer feel unwelcomed. I explained to her that the onus isn't on me to make myself feel welcomed in the store. That it's the employees who are supposed to ask customers if they need assistance especially when said employees make eye contact with you and don't say a word then follow you to different aisles like that very short gentlemen did (I didn't get his name). At that point I asked to speak with her manager and went to the cash register to pay for my items. As I was in line the short gentlemen employee who I was talking to Ariel about who again has never asked me if I needed assistance the several times I've been in there previously, comes up to me while in line and asks, "if I needed help finding anything". Why would he ask me if i need help when I'm already in line waiting to checkout? The time to ask if I needed help was when I was actually shopping in the aisles when you made eye contact and were following me around not when I'm ready to checkout. The fact he did that means that instead of getting a manager like I had requested Ariel decided it was better to tell the short gentlemen employee that I had a complaint about him which only escalates a situation instead of diffusing which is why I asked for the manager. Telling another employee that I had an issue with their lack of professionalism while I'm still in the store and having that same employees come up to me in line speaks to his and Ariel's lack of customer service skills. The manager didn't come out until he was paged again by the cashier. Once the manager came out (he's short as well but older and wears glasses, like Ariel) he couldn't care less. I first asked what the employees name was, and his response was "can I also have your name" instead of actively listening and seeking out why I asked to speak to him in the first place. He even made a strange remark about letting his district manager know about the situation which I found odd because up until then I never shared to him my experience so, what was he going to let his district manager know??? At that point I knew it would be a waste of time trying to seek resolution by telling the manager (based on his demeanor) my concerns and just decided it was better to let other shoppers and potential customers know about my experience via this platform and community.

Lindberg Nutrition is a thing of the past. This store is Piping Rock. The few major label items I bought that had carried over from the Lindberg days have now been phased out. I do not trust the quality of Piping Rock brand and will not buy their label, so I will no longer buy anything here. It's sad to see what the original store. that was a legit health food store, has turned into since the acquisition. Raquel is still there though and she's top notch. Seek her out if you want advice you can trust.
