Was in the area and decided to stop by for the promo: buy 1 get 1. When I walked in I heard a voice saying "Hi. be right with you" --which I thought was coming from the back room. I started looking at the bundts in the showcase and all of a sudden the team member just pops up from idk... off the floor... a small chair... point is... she was right there the whole time... SUPER weird and STRANGE. I placed MY ORDER: (3) Lemon Bundts and the whole time the girl helping me just had this deer in headlights look. We had a miscommunication about the small- tiny bundts vs. the regular Bundts but figured it out. THEN I asked a question about the rewards system and the look she had was like I was speaking another language... this was her resting look... pretty much the whole time. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WALKED INTO... what I interrupted her from doing when I walked in but it was like her whole vibe was a kid whose hand got caught in the cookie jar. NEEDLESS TO SAY I don't think I'll be returning and I think I'll stick to my FAV location from now on: Manhattan Beach, CA. Review is reflective of my experience on 4/13/24 - Time: 1:43 PM - According to my receipt the "Server's name is: Imogen R"

The company claims they offer a free mini dessert for your birthday. Recent policy changes that aren't mentioned online mean you have to sign up with your email annually beforehand. When I arrived at the store, the staff asked for ID. Then said I would need to scan the QR code, fill out my info again to receive an email code. I did what they requested, never received an automated email and subsequently no birthday dessert. In previous years, showing my ID would be enough if I didn't have a code readily available. The company needs to fix their online system because I have a feeling this happens often to customers.

The Red Velvet Cake is mouthwatering, my daughter love's it . Costumer Services is horrible , the female cashier (with the thin eyebrows) was very rude . It seemed like she was making me a favor by selling me the cake . She clearly hates her job. Really makes the bakery look bad. Wont be coming back.

Delicious cake...but the prices keep creeping up. The staff is always friendly... I like the ease of ordering online and order being ready when I arrive...

I was trying to place an online order. However, since I was in the area, I walked in myself. Nothing Bundt Cakes is nestled in a corner plaza. small parking area. However, I had no issue. I walked in and immediately received help. I needed more than a few minutes to decide what I was actually going to choose.Wow, this can be dangerous! they have a Reese's Peanut Butter bunt cake {rolling eyes} I just ordered all 6 that were available. I need someone to help me stop, lol. It is most definitely easy to buy with our eyes. Especially it being Valentine's Day.Actually, I'm here to get something for my neighbor she has been such a sweetheart, there was a cute 2 pack bundts together, ready for a gift chocolate chip, and lemon was in that there are several flavors for every palette you can not go wrong.!One thing I I ordered 3 RCP Assorted Buntinis at $88.00 those specifically with the stakes displaying true love, hug me, and whatnot with Maya specifically So after I got home, I realized they did not have them. So since I did not get to see in the box as everything came back packed.Next time, I will look inside. Save me the time and any errors occurring. I was not charged for them as they were an add on of 8.00 I was informed after I phoned even tho they were requested.

Great service and food! We love ordering here esp during special events!

Disappointed they won’t let you buy the mini bundt cakes (their version of cupcakes) in any increment other than 12. There are plenty of times I’d like to buy just 1, 2 or 6, but they will only sell you 12 (which is $29). Doesn’t make sense. I rarely need that many.

My new favorite to go take out dessert in the South Bay!! Was on my period craving these and my husband surprised me with a Box of minis the texture is so moist and taste literally like homemade cake yet the flavoring never taste fake like you can taste real carrot in the carrot cake flavor. Absolutely love how homemade it tastes. Whatever ingredients they use are so spot on for all their flavors. My top favorite is their strawberry cream and their white choc raspberry and their plan chocolate. I only wish they can do these with filings inside it like fill the bundtcake with some kind of cream for each different flavor besides just having the cream on top. Like it would be nice to bite into to the bundtcake and taste something inside other than just the plain cake. But that's just a suggestion! The cream on top is so delicious still.

The hungry veterans that were asking about the food that was delivered for free were told it is not for us. This picture is armed security handing bundles of luxury food to the well paid VA staff that is killing veterans like me while I am on food stamps watching them showered with gifts. Nothing Bunt Cakes obviously has a rich market but should consider the poor who are living off of the crumbs of our heroic VA workers.

Oh just fabulous. You can't ever go wrong with a bunt cake. Plus their larger sizes are even more moist than the smaller ones. Worked out great!

It pays to be a member of the E-Rewards program here. Received an email with a Buy one bundlet, get one for free offer. SCORE!!The only thing I don't like about this location is how the strip mall striped their parking spaces. They are so small even for compact cars. This is not NBC's fault, but I'm just saying. Their cakes are always fresh and delicious.

Average tasting - truly have to be a fan of Bundt cakes to enjoy these pastries, unfortunately I am not. A little overpriced but again - what isn't no nowadays

Looking for a last minute graduation cake when I stumbled across this gem! Quick service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, affordable prices. I was able to get a graduation theme cake in less then five minutes. The family loved it ! We got the lemon . I was able to take the garnishes to go. Stop in for a mini, my family will definitely be back.

The good:I got a key lime Bundt cake here (seasonal flavor) with a sunflower and a "it's a boy" toothpick topper as well as a dozen mini cakes in various flavors (red velvet, funfetti, carrot cake, vanilla, chocolate). The sunflower fit perfectly with my baby shower theme "here comes the son." The cakes were super moist. I like how the frosting looks so fluffy. The packaging is great and online ordering is easy breezy. I like all of the customizable options and decorative pieces for every holiday or occasion. I also like that they have seasonal flavors. I've been to various other locations in Northern California and Colorado as well. The flavors and quality seem to be consistent at every location. The bad:The key lime flavor was a little bit artificial tasting. The cakes are very sweet. The interesting: They sell balloons too!

Placed an order on a Sunday morning for same day pickup. It was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. The cream cheese icing is completely addicting. I can’t get over the fact that a bakery allows same day pickup. Amazing!
