Overcooked tasteless pasta is the norm here with a dingy 1980s decor to top it off. I guess many people like over cooked pasta with a mediocre sauce but some jokes are just over the top. Years ago when this chain was new they used to make fresh pasta on location but those days are long gone. This place jumped the shark years ago and it boggles the mind to think they’re still in business.

The manger, Chelsea, has the WORST attitude. Enough to make you want to turn around & leave (which we would’ve done if we weren’t waiting for the rest of our party to show). She was selectively welcoming to some people but not to others. Guess we didn’t make the cut. She didn’t greet us when we came in, didnt even look up at us, no hi, no smile no nothing. Couldn’t be worse. I was waiting with another older Black couple for a table and heard the old lady say “well she’s not very happy”. I looked over and said “right”? We laughed about it but she truly drags the entire restaurant down. But at least she’s getting a check to be there, we had to pay money to deal with her attitude. She’s someone who should be stuck in the back not the first person at the door. All of the other managers were SWEET as pie. Our waitress was a jewel as well ❤️.

Olive Garden has been around for a very long time. The taste and quality of food have improved over the years. The service was great, our server Emily served smiles as well as good food. Both floor supervisors were attentive as they asked each guest how they were doing and offered assistance if it was needed.Great choice for dinner!
I enjoyed my lunch for one here. I got some wine and the chicken alfredo with broccoli. I did not care for the chicken, but other than that, the meal was good. Also, I was given complimentary salad, but the lettuce was a bit soggy. My server was a young woman, very sweet, warm, and attentive. I enjoyed myself fully, and I plan to go back again when I am on that side of town.

The entire process was pleasant and the service was excellent! The best curbside pickup experience I have ever had. The food was good too. I tried something new for once and wished I'd gotten my usual which is why I'm not rating the food - not a quality thing, more of a preference issue.

Much better than those back east. More space! People are not on top of one another! Kudos to Grant, our waiter. He made it a real pleasurable dining experience! He said it was his third week there, but he seemed like an old pro. Unfortunately, my friend spilled her drink and Grant was very attentive, replacing her drink, replacing it twice since the other one had no ice. We had two helpings of that delicious salad with Italian dressing, so much that it was hard to eat the ravioli! Of course, there were bread sticks too! No room for dessert! It was a great way to end my vacation in California! I would definitely return. Greatly recommended.
