Food is okay for the price but the Torrance & Compton locations haven't have the kindest employees on-shift at times i've stopped in as I can't remember one instance where I've been greeted with a warm welcome nor received a "thank you come again" when leaving the store. Also would love more insight on why they choose to close so early as many of their competitors are open WAY past 9pm. Guess I'll be eating Chipotle tonight instead :)

ON+ON is an absolute knockout! This place isn't just good, it's an explosion of deliciousness that I could happily experience every day!Everything they make is crafted with fresh ingredients, and the seasoning is absolutely perfect.Don't overlook their house-made drinks – they're the perfect complement to the amazing food(I love blueberry cucumber!), and the sides and desserts deserve their own standing ovation. In fact, the black sesame pudding nearly sent me over the edge (in the best way possible)!a must-try.

Try on+on if you are looking for light & healthy lunch options! So tasty and affordable feeling like a Korean Chipotle.I tried most of the menus there, and my favorite is a medium bowl with salad & bukwheat noodles, topping with bbq and the creamy cilantro sauce. Btw smoked salmon goes well with the noodles as well!

So I come here all the time but I don't know who this guy is serving the food ( I'm use to the lovely 3ladys ) but with this guy it was dirty and tops was off food rice and beef to be exact . Usually a great experience but today no so much I asked was there more veggies he said "no and said where about to close anyways" it's only 8:15 so that's not about to close and that's rude because I didn't ask if the store was going to close when it's people in and out while visiting . Unnecessary comments shouldn't be made I don't need anyone being rude when I just want to buy food . Great food all in all I eat here everyday ? but I have to drive else where DIDNT appreciate the remarks

Meh, it was ok. Maybe I got the wrong mixes. I like that it has healthy options and is like a Korean chipotle. I may need to give it another try and stick to the tried and true mix of ingredients.

So good! It was our first time, and we are trying new places to dine out. On + On is exceptional from the food all the way to their sauces. We tried the creamy cilantro and the hot sauce, both have pristine flavor composition. The items that go into the bowl are healthy and fresh. Most importantly, this doesn’t break the bank!
Love the build your own bowl option. Lots of fresh choices to select from allowing everyone to create according to their personal tastes. Wasn't sure what to expect as it was my first time trying this place, but it was so worth it and I will definitely be back.

The place was pretty empty the time that we came here so the workers were incredibly attentive. If within your means, I feel the regular size bowl is way more worth its price compared to a mini. If you can't finish, it's always great as leftovers as well. I asked for extra of some toppings and they gladly did so for me. The portions for the bowls were great, and I only finished half before I was full, leaving me a whole second meal for later on. The flavors mix so well together. I tried the grilled chicken as my protein this first visit and it was so delicious. Definitely go for the creamy cilantro sauce at the end, too.
