I received a gift card for Outback Steakhouse for my birthday. I was reluctant to go to the Outback Steakhouse at the Del Amo Mall in Torrance because we went there a couple of years ago, and the food and service were not good. We decided to try it again today, and we are so glad we did. Our server, Raymond, was so nice and attentive. He made us both feel welcomed. I ordered the sirloin steak, and my husband ordered the prime rib. We both ordered the vegetable - broccoli and baked potato. The portions were big enough for us to take some home to eat later. Raymond also brought bread to our table before our meals. The atmosphere was welcoming. The air conditioning was a little cool for me, but I get cold easily anyway. We had a very nice dining experience, and we plan to return in the future.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is very roomy and I had no problem using my wheelchair there.
Great service from staff and especially our waiter Claudia thank you so much for your wonderful kindness on my birthday. You made our dinner a wonderful experience.

First time coming to Outback in a long time and I will definitely be back! I stopped to get an appetizer and a drink. The food and service did not disappoint. I ordered the bloomin onion and a beer however my waitress Kimberly recommended me to order the bloomin fried chicken since I liked the appetizer and I’m glad I did! Great fast attentive service and delicious food.

The moment I arrived I was greeted with welcoming arms, really friendly and sweet vibe. I believe the waiter was named Kimberly, she gave amazing service that was quick and most satisfying. Great recommendation for the onion appetizer. Will totally come again.

Told us 20 minute wait when we came , the restaurant was still kind of empty. Came back 40 minutes later (the restaurant was fuller) because we never received the text to sit down and they told us there are 2 parties ahead of us that have not came yet and they are waiting for them. (So why can’t we sit, if they haven’t come yet?) the outside patio was completely empty with just one family eating, asked to sit there and was told that’s not open seating. I don’t understand the hassle to eat
