I wish I can give a minus star. This is to go order!!!The girl was so rude rolling her eyes every time I ask for utensils and then straw. Like how am I going to eat my food and drink my Thai tea which is the worst as it's so watery. I ordered Beef lunch and worst worst and omg 17.00 wow I'm speechless what a wasteThen order Beef Pho for my boss and he was so dissapointed 14.00 wow wow wow Never Never again........

Food is ok, the waitress however is very rude from the beginning and no manners with bad attitude. She looks like she doesn't want to be there and make us feel like we shouldn't be eating there. Either she hates her job or she's just plain rude.

Had a nice beef pho combo dinner with beef spring rolls tonight at Los Angeles ? Great way to hydrate after a day’s ride ?️ ? Staff were friendly and food arrived fast. Venue is clean and spacious, great for a big crowd.

I have often overlooked this spot and have either gone to its neighbors, On+On, Quiznos, or BurgerIm (when it was there a few years ago.)I don't really like to go to this area as their former neighbor, T-Mobile was robbed at gunpoint in the daytime years ago.It was one of those days where I had a stayed later than usual at work without a lunch/or PM snack and needed to stop for some food on my route. The vibe inside Pho Kobe was actually good. They had loud relaxing, instrumental music on. Perfect for kind of a stressful day at work.The lunch specials are inexpensive for what you get-- thin slices of beef, steamed rice, salad, and spring rolls. 3 stars for the lunch!Service is awful. Even though I was the only customer present, I was completely ignored and had to get up and ask for water. 2 of whom I assumed were managers were just seated at a table and on a break or something. I ordered avocado and taro boba drinks to go and those were 2.5 stars. They needed more avocado and taro in them and the boba was hard and chewy.Not recommended. Try any of the other neighbors.

Don’t bother coming. I got rangoons and crispy egg noodle with chicken the veggies was only cabbage and onion no carrots no broccoli for the stir fry i got my order to go i asked if there was hot sauce and othe sauces in there the girl at the front smirked laughed at me and said yes. I work close so i receive my stuff to find no sauces were put in. I go back and let the cashier know there was no sauces and that she even laughed at me for it and she said well i don’t pack the orders so what sauces do you i get my sauces and i let her know i had no carrots or brócoli in stir fry and she said that’s how it is. I let her know I’ll probably won’t come back due to the attitude and lack of explanation of food provided and she just chuckled and said yah probably.Don’t come here. On+on next door cleaner and fresher or sushi next door is more worth it. Just wasted $23 on mediocre food and i was starving

A survivor & a hidden gem.This is a small, family-owned business. Which, I might add; did not even raise their prices much since I first stopped in here back in 2018.They were very accommodating. I mean, very. They asked if we were sure about something many times; they made sure not to put any peanut products out at the table due to my family's allergy. They also refilled our water glasses multiple times and even brought extra broth for my soup.We all got Pho variants. They substituted for vegan/chicken broth. The staff were super humble and hardworking; the atmosphere was quaint; & very relaxing. Easy on the eyes. Very good portion sizes; enough for to-go containers.I personally felt more like I was being treated as an extended member of their family, not a customer. I can't wait to come back.
Ordered delivery. Liked how everything was packaged separately- we ordered the special combo and the rare steak. (the rare steak indeed was still rare when we got it haha).Generous portion. However, the broth didn't have a very clean taste to it. It had a slight funky undertone, which I didn't really like.With so many other good pho places around, not sure I would order from here again.

I wish I can give negative infinite stars if possible. No one is paying attention over to the tables, and you would have to wait long time for ordering and asking for check. Often times, you would have to stand up and walk up to the counter to order and pay. I asked the guy after quite a long time, then he orders me to wait with I am busy attitude. Then he gets me the check without taking my card which was literally ready to go at my hand. I waited purposedly to see how long he would take to pick up my card. Guess what never. I went up to him and told him I am ready to pay, and he goes up and says "Hey don't be bossy, just f****** wait." lol He claims that he is the owner and the manager of this shitty lil fucken restaurant.F this place, food may be decent, but service as you can see is beyond horrible. I wish to desperately that this place gets demolished with massive impact.

For $14 Pho. This was not good. The broth is sweat and just a bit different. Not what typical Pho taste like, however it was still ok. But for the price and flavor, I wasn't satisfied.

Sat there for 15minutes, nobody came to take orders! I am not going there anymore because of this happened so many times. I guess I am the d*** one. Never, ever go this place again!!! Need to hire people with common sense.

I will definitely come back. This should be a hole in the wall kind of a restaurant that people would not really see because it is hidden in the mall with walmart. I tried many times to come but somehow it was always closed when I came by. But today!I made it! And I loved it!
