I ordered a pizza with extra pepperonni, extra sausage and extra mushrooms. The pizza came with a regular amount of toppings. The other vegetable toppings that I ordered were almost none existent. Next time I'm ordering from Domino's, at least they know how to follow directions and put on a fair amount of toppings.

Placed an order online and got told it was delivered. Never was. Called up and got told I can get the order done again and it would get there in 20 minutes, and it FINALLY showed up after 40 minutes. Two hours in total and I finally got my order. Honestly, save your money and get pizza from somewhere else.

Beautiful-looking 12-inch, hand-tossed pizza, with sadly no taste! The crust had perfect texture, was a perfect thickness and was delivered warm, it simply had no flavor. I added Parmesan cheese and peppers (did not come with the pizza) but it was still not flavorful. This is the same pizza I have purchased at Georgio's Pizza, but wanted to try it elsewhere. Nope - not for me. Also about $28, which is pricy, when you consider you can get two pizzas for that price at Georgio's. (no, I do not work for Georgio's.) Nice delivery, however.

Pizza Hut needs to really try harder in the overall quality of pizza. For what I order, Pizza Hut ROBBED me of what was paid. I used to LOVE PIZZA HUT for the QUALITY TASTE and CONSISTENCY the taste and quality USED to be. On this order I was really looking forward to a quality taste but was VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE CRUST TASTED bland, it wasn't fresh, it was literally made 'lazy style' like the person making the "FORM" of the Pizza crust and base didn't want to be at work. One side of the pizza was really flat and the same pizza other areas was fluffy. It was a total DISASTER of an order. Like I said I made the mistake on ordering from Pizza Hut. Never again. I'm sorry your guys' Pizza has gone down in quality ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE PAID. If imma be paying 60-80 dollars of Pizza, I minus we'll just purchase from Domino's.

Man this was a good meal! I get pizza a lot and I frequently visit all of the locations in Torrance. This location was clean and the staff was very friendly. There was not a long wait and the pizza came out hot and fresh. My food was ready when I got there. We enjoyed our dining experience and we will be ordering from this Pizza Hut again in the future. Five stars from me and my family.

It's a toss up whether your order is going to be made correctly. If it's not made correctly, the staff will tell you it's your fault, refuse to remake the pizza, and refuse to provide a refund. It's best to go literally anywhere else.

Ordered pizza here 3 years ago when we lived across the street and it was horrible. We concluded it's this location because we had some elsewhere that we enjoyed. I decided to give it another chance to try the new melts, but again was disappointed. They're VERY crispy, yet have a limit of only 1 sauce, AND IMPOSE A "SERVICE CHARGE," which doesn't go to the workers. I'm officially over this franchise!

Look, it's a chain. You know what to expect. Except when your husband puts in a special request for a Hawaiian style smiley face to cheer you up on a sad day at work and they come through. And not only that, but it was ready within 15 minutes and it was hot and fresh. Say what you will about this chain, but I will be very grateful to them for this small kindness.
