Always fresh and tasty selections. Their jelly donut is amazing! They have great options for kids. The coffee is just okay (it's very coffee shop, which isn't my preference). Still, Randy's is awesome! They deliver any quantity if you order through the food delivery apps.

Very disappointing. My first time at Randy's. Lauren Y helped me and she is lacking in the customer service department. I ordered an apple fritter, and to my suprise when I got home, it was a coconut raised!!!! How hard is it to get the order right! Last i heard, apple fritter sounds nothing like coconut!!!

Best donuts around, chain or otherwise. An LA original. Donuts aren't ridiculously sweet and taste identical to the original location on Manchester. Cake donuts are nice and dense, yeast donuts have a good chew. Every donut I've had has brought me back for more. Can't go wrong with your particular favorite, mine being the cinnamon roll, apple fritter, powdered cake, maple cake, glazed twist, and chocolate raised/bar to name a few. You won't be disappointed sampling what looks good to you.

This place has the rudest, most horrible, disrespectful and reprehensible service. It took me about 1/2 minute to decide what i wanted. As I was verbalizing to the server which donut I wanted, the man behind me simultaneously spoke placing his order. I realized they had waited on him while I was making my selection. I asked the server who they were waiting on, and she just stared blankly and would not speak to me. There was another server, and she would not respond either as I looked her way. Clearly they did not wish to serve a female senior citizen so I said I was leaving. They were not sorry to see me go as they never said a word. If you go here wanting to be served, be warned that you might not get one unless you wait for all others behind you to be waited on.

The donuts are always fresh and it taste good! The only problem is the ambiance. The tables and chairs outside are so dirty. They don't even clean it!!! The chairs has donuts stains!

Getting donuts here is 50/50. Going in for a single regular donut, it's tasty. I ordered a dozen topped rounds in the afternoon and there were only 2 flavors, both with stale toppings, The fruity pebbles inedible, I had to throw them all out. The coffee here is awful. Wasted money.

Delicious ! I ordered a dozen donuts and had a taste of most of them and they did not disappoint! The donuts there are a nice mix of traditional favorites with some fancy exciting new ones !

What I Ordered: Blueberry Iced Cake: ($2.40) Apple Fritter ($2.90) Food: Randy's donuts is a famous donut shop in California that has been featured in movies such as Iron Man. The Apple Fritter was AMAZING! Each bite was filled with crispy dough pieces with small apple pieces that created the perfect combination of sweet and savory. The Blueberry Iced Cake was a soft and doughy, it was almost like a cake (hence the name). The donut has not only blueberry icing on top but also blueberries inside the donut itself as well. I loved that they did not go easy on the blueberry for this donut! Service: Staff was quick and friendly! Ambiance: No seating indoors, but there are a couple of tables outside. Parking is easy since there is a huge parking lot for the whole plaza.

i had the most unpleasant experience picking up for uber eats on 2-7-2024 at 630pm. for the owner, this employee was a tall female and appeared half asian/half white. the employee said she didn’t have 26 of the 28 specialty donuts the customer ordered. so i messaged the uber eats customer and the customer said she would take anything they had. i relayed the message to the employee and she kept saying she couldn’t do it. i literally begged her if she could fulfill the order because it was a $50 order for me. the employee claimed that it would mess up the inventory count in her system. i asked her to call the owner and she couldn’t reach this person. i asked what happens to the donuts when they close in one hour and she said they donate (trash) it. in conclusion, she would rather trash her remaining 100 donuts than make a profit for randy’s and help an uber eats driver make $50. she didn’t want to mess up her inventory in the system when randy’s already sold 26 missing donuts to an uber eats customer. finally, her attitude was sharp and nasty. she kept smiling and laughing it up with the other customer after i left. some people are just wrong for their jobs and need to be replaced.

Got here at 6:40pm to get 1 maple bar and they only have 3 options available they close at 8pm I'm not trying to drive all the way to Inglewood just for 1 maple bar why aren't they stocked up? If they're open for another hour and 20mins they should prep their day to make sure they have enough donuts to be able to provide a better variety
