I was visiting from out of town, and I stopped in at this location to grab something to eat. There was a guy with glasses, I think his name was Frank or Hank, he was helpful.The gal who was the cashier was super nice and welcoming. She made sure that my order was correct and I got everything that I needed and asked me if I had any questions. I think her name was Natasha…Overall the food was good, the buffet was pleasant, pizza was all right. If I travel back to town, I’ll definitely pop back in for another meal.

Poor service from staff, dishes were filthy, no silverware, very little food. The food that was there was old, and soggy. The bathroom was gross.Was expecting something cleaner and better from the reviews. Definitely not worth coming back to this

Quiet little gem on pch. The place is nice & clean and not as hectic & noisy as the other shakeys. Shrimp pizza is my favorite simply
We love eating here but today the cashier name Cheryl was rushing us to leave. She came to our table and asked us if we needed to go place for our food. Then asked us if we need to go cups so we could take our drinks. I get it, maybe it's been a long day for her. We paid a pretty penny for our food, we should at least have time to eat and enjoy it. The manager has never done this to us, and we've had numerous birthday parties here but not tonight. We felt unwelcomed.

The fried chicken ? and Garlic cheese bread ? were delicious ? also Mojo potatoes were great, it was all freshly prepared not sitting under heat lamps, hadn’t been to Shakeys in a while bad experience at another, this one in Torrance was great. I will be back, only bad was, a lot of reserved seating, and the whole time we were there no one ever sat at those tables.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the game room

This service here at this place is horrible. We placed our order and waited almost an hour and no food. Mind you there were only 3 small families including ours. Went to the manager and everyone was pointing fingers and blaming each other. I asked him if there was anything he can do for me and he said he could give me a refund but I wouldn’t get my food. So take it or leave it. We were hungry so I asked him for our food. When it came out, it was the wrong pizza. This manager was a Caucasian older man. Rude plain and simple. It so happened that when we were arguing with him about our wait and how the food was wrong, a new manager came in and the cashier asked us if we wanted to talk to him instead. We said yes. We explained the situation to the new manager a younger Hispanic male, and he immediately said no problem. He refunded our money and also brought out our food. Now this is customer service. I really appreciate this new manager and the time he took to understand us and fix our situation. Not like the other manager that did’t care. I don’t think I would ever come back to this place. Mind you that this was our first time here and we were looking at it to have our daughter’s birthday celebration here. I guess we’re just going to go somewhere else and celebrate. Johns incredible Pizza, here we come.
