First time being here since moving to this area last year and it was really good!To start off, their menu is decent amount of options to choose from. We had the Longganisa Sausage, Adobo Chicken Silog, wings, lumpia.Everything was really good especially the longganisa. I didn’t like the taste of the Adobo Chicken since it felt like it was missing something but pretty good.I think for those dishes and 2 sodas came out to about $40 which isn’t bad nowadays. No kids meals or kids portions but my daughter did like the wings.

A super restaurant! The price is very cost-effective, with a dish costing just over 10 knives. The garlic rice is delicious, the eggs are cooked just right and the meat is very tender. The person at the next table ordered a feast, and the atmosphere was great!

Food was decent and tasty, but very heavy and oily. This place wouldn't be my first pick for Filipino foods in LA, but if I was stuck all the way out in Torrance, I'd have no problem returning here. Or if I planned it correctly, I'd love to try the Kamayan Feast one day!

I would sell my left kidney for their lumpia. Incidentally, the surgery would probably be more costly than the kidney itself, so I strongly recommend finding alternative ways to finance your lumpia.

The reviews painted a much different picture than our experience which makes me wonder if maybe covid did a number on this place? Idk but sadly I couldn't get out of there fast enough.Firstly, I called to confirm store hours and address and the staff member said "we're on sepulveda somewhere.. I'm not really good with this kind of stuff...". So I had to Google the address. The posted prices are cash only prices. So they charge 4% more if you use card.Fried oysters and calamari were super bland and HUGE. Not in a good way- super chewy and poor quality.Lumpia- mediocre flavoring and not good quality.Adobo wings were pretty decent but definitely nothing to return for.Garlic rice and shredded beef dish- wasn't terrible. The rice was good- ish but the beef was extra crispy and seemed reheated.Food came and got up to wash my hands- was told bathroom wasn't working. They did provide wet naps.Doing my meal a bug landed on my arm and I was done. I had reached my limit.

Ate here many times. Food is always delicious. But a few times in the past the soft boiled egg was partially cooked instead of runny, so this time I asked if there's any way to make sure it doesn't get partially cooked. They said it's never cooked. So the girl at the register asked if I would like to try it sunny up, so I said yes, let's try that. This was to-go. So when I opened up the container, I saw that the sunny up egg looked to be half gone, as if someone chopped and discarded half of it. Coincidence? Or Spite? All I did was ask nicely if there was any way to make sure the egg yolk stayed runny. I would like to think that they are of better ilk than to take an innocent question as a personal attack and exact revenge on the customer with their food.

Really good Filipino food. There's no shortage of Filipino food in LA so the competition is tough. Silog serves excellent silog (fried rice + egg + choice of protein) combos and has a pretty far delivery radius so I order lunch from them every so often. Their adobo is also one of the better ones I've had!

We ordered 2 chicken adobo silogs, 1 lumpia, and 2 sodas. My daughter and I sat down, and strangely they called us to get our order. I was confused because I ordered to eat in. Anyways, we had to eat out of their to go containers and it honestly felt like less food. I was going to ask for a plate but nevermind. They could have seen us sit down and brought us plates, but no. The decor is nice, the place is small but everything is in good condition and clean.I was hoping to have a kamayan feast here but it says minimum of 4 people so I can't even experience that taking my daughter here. This place is good for smaller parties, 4 and less. The place holds 26 people because one booth is used for employees.

I've been to Silog multiple times and am never disappointed by the flavors they serve up.I always get either the Sisig or Ticino Silog. The meat is usually tasty (though some may say too salty) but their garlic rice is always perfection.I tend to get takeout so I usually order ahead. The parking lot is hit or miss--sometimes I park right away, other times I have to circle back and forth a few times. You're better off if you have someone tho inside to get the food while you circle the lot if necessary. My only gripe is that I wish the portions were bigger given the prices... but that's just me being greedy. If I didn't think Silog was worth the price, I wouldn't go back as often. :)

Awesome Filipino restaurant/cafe in Torrance.Completely self serve, you seat yourself, order at the counter, and pick up the food yourself. The restaurant itself is small, with about 12 or so tables, pretty clean and well maintained for how few people I saw working in the store. Not much in terms of decor or ambiance but that's clearly not the focus here. The menu is short and simple, in my opinion restaurants with a hundred things on the menu are usually good at maybe 5 of them and the others are average at best, silog keeps the menu small and specializes in, silog of course. We ordered 2 plates along with some chicken wings. The wings are decent, a bit on the sweeter side even though I ordered for medium heat.Silog was solid, both longanisa and sisig super flavorful, definitely felt like I could've ordered another 2 plates and I would've killed it, the servings aren't big but they're delicious!

There aren't many Filipino options in Torrance but I'm glad the few available are high in quality. Chose to come here on the weekend and it wasn't super busy, the place is a bit smaller, tables weren't the cleanest as it seems you're supposed to clean up after yourself like in a food court. Upon entering, you order at the counter and they will call out your name/order. Utensils are provided in plastic and there didn't seem to be any napkins provided on the side, only with the utensil packet. Food took a little longer than expected and the portions are a bit small so best to come with others to order a spread and try multiple items. Longanisa was surprisingly good, didn't expect such sweetness and flavor. The sisig though was on a whole 'nother level, I couldn't stop eating it and honestly could've had another plate or even gotten another portion to go. the flavors and textures really complemented each other and if I had to recommend one thing to get at Silog, it's definitely the sisig. I saw there were some interesting drinks so might get that next time along with the halo halo. Definitely looking forward to trying their other items next. Parking is in the lot shared with Cafe Bene, BCD tofu, so might need to circle around during peak times but there are designated spots right in front of Silog.

Very good! Very! Great place to take a date. Just be careful, might run into spoiled customers that are disrespectful to there own step kids..... but management should of kicked them out but its ok. Very understandable
