Service! Food!!! First time & Last time here. Took 11 minutes to get water and to order. I ordered the Classic Backyard Angus Burger- Well Done. 34 minutes later I got my burger...pink on the outer, red in the center. Fries were so salty and stale. Server came once to see if we were "okay" BEFORE the food even came! Then never after that. Only to leave the check. In my opinion a Charbroiled joint is 100% better than this place.

Doubt I would return. Customer service is blah. We we entered there was no hostess and two bartenders. There was no yellow how are you . I had to asked do we sit anywhere? There conversation seemed to be more important that they needed to finish laughing about whatever before bringing out menus. I ordered a mango cart for my drink which was slightly flat. The place was not super busy.A little time pass and I completely forgot to say I wanted my burger medium well. When I asked my waitress she went to the kitchen then came out and said your food is actually being plated. I said okay no worries. More time goes by I ask her is the food coming out and she said 5 more min. Well guess what that turned into an HOUR!!!! Yes and hour! Then we're told sorry for the wait they are understaffed. They are all over the place here. And do you think they offered to take 10% or anything for that matter off the bill ? No . The food was okay but we were pretty much hungry and over it.

Our group dined here today for the first time. The service was friendly and great and the food fantastic. We all ordered different items off the menu and we agreed this was a very good place to go. The burgers were cooked to perfection. Mine was piled so high it was an experience to consume - a good experience. It's inside Del Amo Mall with plenty of parking a short distance away. I will definitely go to this location again on the future.

The food is not bad, I enjoyed the service most of all. Adan was so attentive and such a great personality! He recommended the Nashville chicken sandwich with tater tots and it was delicious. Definitely coming back again soon.

Don't come here for food. If you're coming for a burger just walk across to BJs they are way bigger and better overall. Our server was nice but overall service was terrible. Had a drunk bus boy stumbling all over the place I was honestly disappointed it's nothing like the one in SD.
This place is amazing. Such a great place to go grab a bite and spend time with family or friends. Place was clean, staff were amazing. The food was delicious, the shakes are extremely good. I forgot to take a picture of my burgers but let me just say this. What ever burger you choose you will not regret it.

It was my first time being there and it was a great experience for me. The first thing we noticed when we arrived there was that it was crowded. There is always a sign that the food is good when that happens, mind you the queue to get a seat wasnt long. There was only a five-minute wait for us. I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I felt bad that I didn't tip the waiter more than $10. next time I won't order an appetizer, I will just go straight to the menu since the appetizer was big enough for me to eat on my own. As a result, I ended up eating half of my burger and bringing the rest home with me. As you can see, it was FIRE!!! I’ll be back soon.

Burgers at all the Slaters we've been to have always been big, good & juicy. Torrance location did not disappoint. The buffalo wings are plump, meaty and saucy. Salads are delicious and filling. They have great salad dressings too. Since my son had fries with his burger I opted for a side salad. Everything was fresh and thoroughly enjoyed. Loved being able to watch sports on the tvs. There was a show on TNT that got me hooked. Now I am watching it at home! Definitely a lively place, great place to meet ip with friends and family. Great place for a laid back date if you're into sports & don't mind the sports crowd. 3 stars for service. Our server was a bit slow. We kept having to ask for refills on our drinks. We had to ask for napkins too. It wasn't because we were needy either. Saucy fingers from the wings with ONE napkin wasn't going to cut it! Another issue I had was that she was not attentive. She only checked on us once and that was before she had a couple of other tables assigned to her. I am going to think it is because she is new since the restaurant just opened.

Wanted to try this place the other night after our movie was done at 9:30 to walk outside and it being closed! Even if online states that they closed at 11pm, they had all stools up and a single couple in there. I would've understood if it was later such as 10:30ish. Ruined the whole night tbh
