I had already picked up a dozen bagels at Einsteins for work, but needed to find vegan cream cheese for my coworker. My coworker told me about this bagel spot and said I should get the bagels and cream cheese there as she really liked it. Since this time I already had the bagels I just needed the vegan cream cheese. I went up to the cashier and she rudely told me to get in the line where people were ordering bagels and took the next customer who was behind me. I told her I don't need bagels I just need vegan cream cheese. She then pointed to a fridge and rudely told me "get it over there". I grabbed from what I saw was the only vegan cream cheese, but went to pay and asked if this was the only vegan cream cheese they had and she told me "yes that's vegan". I asked again "I know this is vegan, but is this the only vegan cream cheese?" and again she replied and pointed at the label "you see it's vegan". At this point I didn't even want to be at this establishment anymore, so I paid and left. Before this experience I thought about giving this spot a try next time, but will probably never go back due to this encounter on my first visit. Someone needs to have a talk with this employee so that others never have to experience this.

This is bar none my favorite bagel in the South Bay. I lived in NY for 4 years and have developed a strong opinion about bagels. What makes their bagels tasty? I find their bagels to have the best chew on the crust, and the interior of the bagel is soft. You can see them prep the bagels for the oven from the counter. The seeded bagels (sesame, poppy, everything, etc) are generously coated. When you get the bagel sandwiches made, they are traditional. Their cream cheese is the right consistency and they spread on a reasonable amount. The challah is the best I've had in the South Bay. I've always found the service to be friendly. My only gripe is that they used to give complimentary red onions on the bagel sandwiches (like most bagel shops) and now they are charging. Personally, I think the staff is confused because they don't have a button to charge for it so they charge for a tomato slice. If I see the owner, I plan on clarifying.

Great bagel shop but inconsistent. Bagels are sometimes skimpy on the toppings. Staff are not very friendly.

Closest we have found to NY style bagels in the area. Good variety of flavors. Appreciate that the staff is always kind to our kids when we stop in and give them a mini bagel.

The best nutrition bars!! Don't go to the supermarket and get bagels or buy pre-packaged bagels if you want a real bagel come here if you get there early in the morning they're still hot and fresh. Cinnamon raisin nutrition bar onion blueberry all of them are delicious. Prices are reasonable plus your neck to Starbucks if you want to get a coffee and they have great breakfast sandwiches with salmon.

Note: I've been supporting this business for several years and try to opt to support local small businesses rather than chains; however, they have the worst customer service and the rotation of ladies who work here are all rude and never genuinely friendly. It's just unfortunate that has been my experience every time. I also ordered 2 lox bagels today with just tomato and the total came out to $26. That's pretty pricey considering they only give you one slice of lox on each bagel. They also never ask if I want my bagel toasted, which I have to say is annoying since I always want my bagel toasted.

This was my first time coming here. Located across the street from Little Company of Mary Hospital. Plenty of parking. Ordered Everything bagel with Veggie cream cheese and large black coffee. Server never asked if I wanted my bagel toasted she just put it in the toaster. Once my bagel was ready I paid opened my bagel inside the store saw white cream cheese... wrapped my bagel up again went to the counter asked the lady who made my bagel if the veggie cream cheese is white she said no...I them replied that I ordered veggie cream cheese, she looked at me dead in my eyes and said you said plain cream cheese...I said no and we stared at each other for like 5 seconds and i just said it's okay and walked out. I didn't want to run my own morning. Posted my meal images.

It's become a family tradition to go there for Bagels on Christmas. Shout out for the people working there. I'm hoping the tips were great.

I walked into this store for the first time looked around, while a customer was paying at the register. I then went to the register to order, and a person walked in behind me, and the lady working in the store started to serve the other person that walked in behind me, ?the person that walked in behind me told the lady I was there before they were and then the lady argued with me that I wasn’t standing in line while I was standing at the counter, where the register is ….: thinking I was going to order next, ?why would a employee or business owner Argue with a waiting customer? That you aren’t standing in line when a customer that just walked in and said that I was there before them ?I thought this was really odd and made me feel very uncomfortable. It’s terrible service so I just decided to walk out and not patronize or spend my money at this storeI recommend you don’t go and spend your money there either …! They don’t deserve it!

DO NOT patronize the store or spend your money here !!!!!Terrible service. I came in here for the FIRST TIME walked around, while a previous customer was paying for their order, I waited to order, while standing at the counter in front of the cash register, and then the lady started serving someone who walked in the door behind me ? and then she argued with me saying I was not standing in line? Why would a business owner? Or Employee? argue with somebody who is waiting to order standing at the counter? Even the person that walked in behind me said I was there before they walked in ? and the lady still argued with me saying that I wasn't standing in line? There was only one other person in the store when I walked in.? I walked out ...! I guess my $20.00 wasn't needed to be spent there? Don't spend your money there either !
