This place is absolutely HORRIBLE and disrespectful to their community. The workers they hire are so inconsiderate. At all hours of the night they're playing loud music, treating the alleyway the have to drive through to leave like it's a race car track; flooring their trucks to make themselves feel cool. I've called and complained and that only made the childish people who work here act more obnoxious. Management needs to figure out a better solution because they have zero control over their staff. This business does not belong in our community.

If I only wished that the hours that they posted were the hours that they actually work. These people have huge trucks day in and night they're loud, alarms are constantly going off, the people that work there when they get out of work act like it's a racetrack. No respect whatsoever for the neighbors around them. This place used to be small there was never a complaint. But now they're growing they need to move into a commercialized industrial area this is ridiculous. To the Management service you need to do something about this, this has been going on way too long. Please talk to your workers to be courteous when they leave their employment. Thank you a concerned neighbor

Horrible place to work at ! If you love working in 100 + degree Weather with a fan that throws hot air go work there . My father was just let go from line 3 packing due to his complaint about not having air conditioning . It's a confined space with ovens 25 feet away from you . They need more fans ! What is it ganna take ? Till someone passes out ? Step it up Venice bakery ! My father spoke to Richard and he said " I will try to get you some more fans but the guys up stairs don't want to provide any " well the "boys upstairs have cool Airconditioning and no fast movements to make ! This is unfair !! This has to stop . This is unfair treatment and unfair to the workers ! They deserve better than 6 days a week 44 hours total work ! Good luck !

The worst of the worst of your supervisor comes by making a complaint for your suppliers that hinder our entrance to our homes and in fact I mistreat one of them because I told him that there could not be parked and this supervisor told me he could not do nothing because he was not his employee is okay to say when he goes to the city to put a complaint that is not parking there and I do not know that the hand did not want to give me the ill-mannered

OH MY GOD!!!! ALL I WANT IS TO FUCKEN SLEEP! WHO CAN HELP OUR COMMUNITY TO GRT RID OF THIS DISEASE OF A SO CALLED BUSINESS WE HAVE HERE IN OUR COMMUNITY! It is 11:00pm and all I hear is these f****** trucks going off nonstop. By law The idle on the trucks are not to go on more than five minutes. The idols on these trucks have been going off for hours now. Not only creating so much noise, but are polluting our air. Dear God somebody please help us get rid of this company. I called the Carson sheriff department but they said it's out of their hands. Update: people you have to contact CHP. I HATE HATE THIS SMELLY COMPANY. The more every one calls CHP, the sooner we get this s*** place closed for good.

Loud banging sounds at all hours of the day. Literally sounds like warzone and what's worse is that there just seems to be junk all over the place. Living next door has been an eye-opening experience. Improperly parked trucks and honking at night. People walking on the roof, throwing things off. Honestly, don't know who is buying from them because the place is a dump.

this place is the definition of OSHA VIOLATIONS! I live next door and the things i see makes me wonder how they are still open.. they have a whole junk yard in the back with refrigrated trucks going 24/7, which are a major nuisance I have a 1 year old that constantly gets woken up at 1-2 am cause the incompetent employees are out there dumping trash clinking and banging things It just baffles me how this a "pizza company" but seems more like a construction zone and everything that was said below is true, I myself have witnessed accidents due to the delivery trucks using the middle lane as a loading zone, I have lived here for about 3 years and nothing has ever changed Another company that could care less about the community

I'm not quite sure what the problem is being that it's affiliated. I actually had to create this business location. Anyway ... I moved across the street from you guys and the factory cares nothing about its community! I have called the warehouse several times, leaving messages with the receptionist, asking for an answer, being given false solutions, and still I hear a loud refrigerated trucks going all night long. The sound of ripples through the community. The apartments, the houses, families, and in many community members have complained. Yet, Venice bakery does nothing to change. They've told me that they need to fix their refrigerators inside the warehouse. However, after months the sound is still is an issue. Along with the sound that comes from the warehouse 24 hours a day, they also have delivery trucks that pick up and drop off materials and park in the medians. They block traffic going both ways. Often times, there have been car accidents because of the trucks that are parked in the median. Again, it just goes to show that Venice bakery does not care about its community. Throughout the night and even into the day most of their workers jaywalk across the street. It is the most unsafe practices that I have seen from a company. I have called the sheriff to come out several times. On several occasions I know that many of the trucks have been moved, and many of the workers have been given tickets. Overall, Venice bakery is unsafe, inconsiderate, and I can't imagine recommending this company or their product for any reason. It's unfortunate that this warehouse could care less about its community because I'd be the first to support some good customer service, reputable company, and respectful community members.
