We were looking for a caterer for a party of about sixty people. Finding one is not easy. We visited four establishments before finding these guys. Their office is in the kitchen. The desk is a prep table. We had an appointment and two guys were waiting with everything ready. The office,aka kitchen, was very clean and organized. Taylor and Ty reviewed our needs and made some recommendations. We decided that they were the ones and placed an order. Day of event they, Taylor and Ty in person, were at the door exactly on time. So they not only plan the menu, they go shopping for the ingredients, they prepare them and deliver and set everything up with great class and decorum. They may be young but they know what they are doing. Everyone loved the food, it was very delicious. They even sent me a handwritten thank you note. A newer operation with a fresh approach, so we tried them out and were very pleased with their flexibility/willingness to meet our needs, even if execution needs a tiny bit of improvement.
