My husband and I LOVE the Nana's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie flavor which we usually stop in for on special occasions. Lately I have been bringing in my 4 year old for a special treat and he loves the Unicorn Cake flavor. Last Thursday we stopped in for a treat and we were greeted by the sweetest woman. She was by herself and had a little bit of a line and was so patient and kind to each person. After she served us, my son and I sat inside enjoying our gelato when the same woman kindly interrupted us and stated that she wanted to practice making a new menu item and she would like to send us home with the finished product as a treat for later. She asked me to pick up to three toppings for an Al Mix'd Up. I chose almonds, Oreos, and caramel and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I can't wait to go back for another. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful establishment like this in our town. Thank you for creating such a fun memory for my son and I!

I visited this place a couple times whenever I'm in the mood for ice cream. Even though it's not ice cream but Italian ice and gelato, it tastes just as good or even better than ice cream. The service is really friendly and positive. They are also fast and accurate as well. The ambiance is really chill, no pun intended, and relaxed. Great place for hanging out with friends or family too, they have seating inside and outside. I highly recommend going here.

Old fart that i assume runs the place is an ass wipe and was emotionless the whole time taking my order. I had ordered 2 medium custard cups, then my sister had changed her mind and wanted the vanilla custard from the machine instead. He showed on his face how annoyed he was and proceeded to throw away the gelato with the most irritated look on his face and got the vanilla custard instead. The price originally was $7 with the first 2 medium custards, then after i had changed the medium custard to the vanilla custard from the machine the total was $16. How in the world does a price jump that high? it shows on the receipt that he charged me for 2 medium gelatos + the vanilla custard but he insisted that it says "2 medium gelatos" on the receipt because it's the #2 on the menu... that was the dumbest thing i ever heard. Don't come to this place, it's overpriced anyway

My family has been to Aldo's a few times. The gelato and custard are good (I have not tried the Italian ice). They always have a fun assortment of novelty and creative flavors that kids and kids at heart will love. The place is cute too. What I don't understand are the portion sizes, the pricing, or the service. The portions are comically small, especially for the price!! The ice cream/gelato scoops are pathetic and are not pressed down into the cone. There's no point in getting a cone if the ice cream just loosely sits on top. The custard serving is almost as skimpy. The older man makes it feel as though we're inconveniencing him by being there: he does not greet you and does not smile, and you are limited to two tiny samples. He seems to deliberately make the samples as small as possible as well. A custard and two tiny scoops came out to $17 (and the screen requests 18%, 20%, or 25%). The experience and cost-to-portion ratio are just not worth it.

Been at Aldos four or five times in past few years. The service is not too friendly, the potions very skimpy, and we are always shocked at the price. I think we are done trying to have a satisfactory experience here, unfortunately. It wouldn't hurt them to be more generous and gracious to customers.

Went here for some dessert & we loved it !!! Such great tasting ice cream. AMIRA served us w/ our ice cream & was happy to let us have a sample. She was very pleasant & such a sweetheart! She really made our experience 10x better !

Not authentic gelato, but average ice cream. There is somewhat of a gelato pull but not much- it's very light. Many of the flavors are overly sweet, artificial, and artificially colored- but I didn't mind the chocolate flavor. My boyfriend enjoyed the mermaid cake which is essentially a birthday cake flavor. Overall- too artificial and extract-y sweet.
Nice selection of flavors and decent-quality, taste is good. I would agree that it’s not really gelato though, more like ice-cream. Perhaps rebranding?

Not a fan of the Waff-Al! I was expecting a typical crunchy waffle cone but received a 'soft' warm bubble waffle, mainly dough, that the guy stuffed into a paper cone that was supposed to form it's cone shape, but it didn't work. It was more like a warm floppy doughy pancake stuffed into a small conical bag. I chose the salted sweet cream gelato on top and received a less than small child's scoop. The proportion of the scoop was 1/10th the size of the waffle and melted within minutes after being dropped into the large warm soft doughy waffle cone . I was able to enjoy three gelato spoonfuls before it melted and I ended up with the remaining large doughy waffle. I threw away the waffle :( because it really didn't have any flavor and was kinda raw. It was a waste of $10.00. I wanted to ask for my money back but the store was busy on Friday and I didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable, but I won't return to the store unless the owner wants to credit my cost. I gave two stars simply because the young male server was nice and the tiny scoop of gelato tasted good.
