I'm not going to lie I love Auntie Anne's pizza pretzel but in the Tracy mall the manager lady is freaking terrible! Bad service bad attitude and I bet more people would agree! I asked for my pretzels fresh and NOT the ones that have been sitting she had attitude about that. I walked away I literally watched her grab 2 from the front and go put them back in the oven! They are so dry and bad! Sucks that I like these so much! I don't even like giving bad reviews but this is the second time she's done this.

For years this place has been serving old pretzels, and the employees lie about how long the pretzels come out. They could be sitting all day i had 2 hard ones today with sauce that looked old too. I guess I'll have to drive far to Wetzels .

I stopped in today in a rush around 12 and hadn't had breakfast so I was legit starved. I was greeted promptly by the cashier who took my order, made great suggestions and recommendations which was helpful since as I mentioned, I was in a rush. No time to try and decipher the menu. Anyhow, I really want to shout out the girl helping me. The people behind me were literally right behind me and not social distancing. She reminded them to stay behind the line to ensure social distancing, twice. That was very much appreciated since I get a little paranoid these days having known a couple people who have gotten Covid. Also, the pretzels were the perfect amount of crisp and soft warm goodness. Paired with a strawberry lemonade, all was right in my world again.

Just ordered two buckets and they are delicious. A bit pricey, but my daughters, nieces, and nephew would say it was worth it.

The smell is always irresistible. I like Auntie Anne's better than Wetzel. I always get the same thing. Plain pretzel, light salt, cheddar sauce and a lemonade. Always delicious.

Slowest service ever. The girl working also dropped my pretzel dog so I had to wait for that. My wife ordered mini pretzel dogs that they never gave her!!!! When my pretzel dog was ready I asked about the mini ones and the employee had a very blank look on her face and then realized she never gave us that part of the order so my 1 year old had to wait for no reason. I also don't understand why I had to repeat what flavor soda I wanted about 3 times. Just terrible business practices all around.

First, they only had one order of pepperoni pretzel nuggets available, we wanted 2 but didn't want to wait 10 minutes for it to be ready so I went ahead and ordered some regular ones instead. Then they were out of cheese dip and out of coke, too, seriously? wtf? I ordered lemonade and it was horrible!! It tasted like sugar water. The regular pretzels were soggy and the pepperoni ones were burnt. The cashier was totally unapologetic, as well. Next time we will skip this poor excuse of a pretzel place. Get your s*** together Auntie Anne's!!
