Went in today to grab a delicious bagel today, the line was insane but worth it, but I got to give Rachel so much RESPECT this young lady was multi tasking, taking orders, helping prep the phone, taking phone orders, charging customers, I mean she was ever ? I honestly don't know how she did it and still remain cool, collective and still smile. Rachel your are such an amazing young lady!!!!!! Thank you so much for your hard work ??

Great bagels. The place has changed over the last few years though. It's very frustrating to be standing in line and people calling in their orders just to have us wait longer. I understand they want to make as much money as they possibly can but we've stood in line before and called ahead just to get past the line. It's not something we want to do so we don't go here very often anymore. It feels like they're understaffed constantly.

Food is Okay. Can be better. The time they take for taking an order is so long. Could be their business strategy to keep people waiting in line to create a pseudo crowd. However the wait is worth the food. Good quality and customized plater for each customer is their selling point. Can be a little better in the speed of service.

A clean, friendly, fast, and delicious location for a soft tender bagel. The first thing you notice is the clean and cozy atmosphere and friendly fast moving staff that welcomes you.Greeted by a beautiful layout and wonderful yet simple selection, it's almost hard to decide what to devour, luckily the amazing staff pointed me in the right direction with an adjacent item to my original order. Delicate, chewy, savory, and filling is the simplest way to describe the nova lox.My favorite thing was definitely the community of people that clearly come on the regular. From a party of cops at 6am, a business man on his way to work, the EMS guys finishing their long shifts, and the two best friends who have been having coffee and watching the sun rise for what seems like decades together, this place seems to be a favorite amongst a wide variety of locals and hard workers.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing breakfast and a comfortable way to feel like you're part of a larger community.

I visited the cafe in the morning and I was shocked to see the long queue around 9 am. The wait wasn’t that bad but it took a while me to finally place the order and then I saw so many people were working on different orders. Then I was delighted to see the bagel with veggies options along with avacado coz I never tried bagels without cream cheese and they have so many options for bagels. Then it took around 15 mins to get that order although we got coffee meanwhile and they can be refilled that helped us filled our empty stomach before our actual order came in . In the end the lady working there herself brought the order to us.

Normally very good, but a bit slow. Today, however, it took nearly 20 minutes to place my order, even though there was no line when I walked in. I just stood at the counter while the staff were living their best lives, not a care in the world. Honestly that’s not a big deal to me, though. What bothers me is when I got home, I opened the bag to find half of my order wasn’t there.My fault for trusting their competence, I guess.But my bagel they did give me was really good.
