Disappointed experience at this BR. 1) Ordered 4 different cups and was asked if I needed a spoon. Duh how are we supposed to eat the ice cream. This was asked again in the 2nd visit same week. 2) They've had internet issues and apparently only accepted cash. For a big franchise it should be mandatory that you have reliable internet service and back up service hence you lost lots of customers that week.

The ice cream was good but it definitely was not sanitary. They had two larger pit bulls walking all around the lobby with workers not saying anything. The workers even would serve friends coming in before helping the line of people. I would also like to state that there was a employee paying for her friends ice cream using her discount. Seems like a lot needs to be addressed with the employees.

My family went in for some ice cream Sunday evening. There was still 25 minutes to closing. Attitudes of the girls working there was simply horrendous. They had a very rude attitude towards us and were banging the ice cream scoopers and refusing to give us anything extra like fudge or strawberry ice cream because it was packed away already. Just the worst service we've come across!

This review is strictly for ordering a cake. Went in there on Tuesday and started looking through the cake book. Wasn't looking for anything super customer just needed specifically chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and confetti or balloons decor. A staff member without asking me what kind of cake I needed, asked when I needed the cake by. When I told her Saturday, she quickly said "oh we're not taking any more orders. The decorator is all booked". I told her that I understand since it is only 3 days out and asked what the suggested timeframe would be to order a cake, and she informed me that usually they recommend no more than 2 weeks in advance but no less than a week. So I left and called the Livermore location and they're like "sure! We'll take care of it!", so I ordered it with them. But out of curiosity I went online to see if I can order the custom cake for this location and strangely the time and date I chose for Saturday was confirmable. Then the next day I called and the person I spoke to said that sure they can take the order and Saturday wouldn't be a problem. But since I already ordered it from Livermore I didn't order it from here. It's upsetting to think what the reason was that my order was turned away in the first place? They weren't busy, I was the only one there at the time. *sigh*

Ice cream is too soft. Owner is saving money on cooling the ice cream. Please fix. Could be 5 stars!

great experience at this location! i’m unsure of her name but the girl with short brown hair and a red bow was the sweetest person i have ever met! she instantly put a smile on my face the second i walked into the store. her energy was amazing and she had great flavor recommendations!

The elderly gentleman asked "I'd like a Hot Chocolate". Young lady (Diane) at the counter replied, we don't make that here. We sell only ice-cream products. After a little more conversing, she successfully convinced the gentleman to get a small milkshake instead and when he asked for a gift card, Diane replied they are out of them but can find out if another location had some. She did make the call, helped the guest with how to get there after making sure the new location had the gift cards in stock. This is a demonstration of "going the extra mile". Diane really deserves a huge pat on her back for this outstanding guest service!

Standings in line right now... waiting about 12 min so far.... Not a big deal if it wasn't for the fact that one of the ladies is working her tail off while another is solely focused on washing dishes, resetting ice cream, the garbage, and whatever she keeps going to the back for. And the line just keeps getting longer. 1. It's not fair to her counter part... Linda -she was great!!! 5 stars all on her own!!! 2. It is poor customer service!

Terrible service if u hate your ur job or having a bad day it's not my fault don't pass down ur negative vibe. Brought the kids for some ice cream got bad service the girl with the bandana on her head needs to be retrained
