Came here at 10:00 pm using the drive thru and only ordered chicken nuggets medium fries & drink and they took like 20min with 2 cars ahead of me.... that was kinda crazy for a fast food restaurant but they hooked me up with extra food which was plus & food was great just wish they'd hire more employees to keep the line moving constantly like fast foods are suppose to.

The drive through man or woman had a tattoo on her left upper arm was very rude , clothes were stained, it had no personality , no customer service skills , no communication skills with customers and had no need to engage but wanted to be abrupt abrasive in a manner in which made no sense. I always go to restaurants for better food and do not mind paying for the great customer service either. I go out to e joy myself not have some treat people ridley.

Horrible restaurant and staff don’t get your order right make you park in front when no one else is in line and my order was small. Then I had to get out my car and go in to get my food as it was sitting there getting cold and my frosty melted, they did nothing to make it right or apologize on top of these they have been committing fraud for weeks that I know off the coke frosty was $1 for a medium and I’ve been getting a small the lasts few times, I finally asked why I’m not getting what I order and they say it’s a small now and I tell them why it’s not changed on the menu then instead of a apology and actually giving me what I ordered they give me attitude and have the lobby fill up with guest as they do nothing but talk in the back about what I told them they are clowns who can’t even run there own restaurant very disappointed, the manager went out side trying to fix the sign after I tell them I will sue them for the fraud they have been committing. Instead of trying to make it right with me. I am Very disappointing behavior by all employees to just make the customer happy. Could of not had me park and just do your job actually. I work in the service industry so I know how bad of a job you have done. And have been reported to corporate.

I love whoppers and their frozen cokes. Which were up to par! I liked that I could get a vanilla ice cream cone for my daughter and I. But the staff I've dealt with are not as happy as you would like. Service is standard. The best thing about this Burger King is that it's never super busy!!!Dietary restrictions: They do offer the impossible whopper which is plant based and taste pretty decent. Better than I expected!

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while 3 girls stood there not saying anything to me. One girl was on the line cooking looking at me, the other had her back to me looking at the receipts and the other with her side to me holding an empty bag. I Recieved no greeting for 5 solid minutes in which I was finally asked what I needed. My mobile order had been sitting behind the counter the entire time. This is not my first bad experience with this location and I will no longer be going there again

good morning just dropped my kids off at school got a little bit hungry and ive been dying to try the new chicken wraps that they have they looked so good on the commercial and decided to try them the next day well they didnt dissapoint chicken was perfectly crucnhy flavor and spicyness was just amazing!!!! from now on i will be ordering their spicy chicken wraps along with their perfectly crafted vanilla iced coffee perfect service clean store was very pleased.... definitely coming back!!!

Corporate was having a meeting inside - you would think that would mean my food would be accurate. Nope. How do you screw up two BBQ Bacon & Cheese Whopper Jrs.? Massive failure on both corporate and management's part. And an employee not paying attention.
