I just went through the drive thru. 1st thing, the boys greeting sucks! I give him my food order, then I asked him if they only have vanilla and chocolate shakes, he doesn’t answer. I ask again, I get no answer. I then said hello 3 times and he finally says, anything else, are you still there? I responded, yep I’m still here are YOU??? He said yes I’m here. But he hasn’t answered my question about milk shakes. Hmmm! So I asked him AGAIN! He finally answered. I get up to the window and told him that was very rude. He said what was rude? WOW!! He doesn’t even know rude, really!?! I said if you were going to step away in the middle of me ordering you could have said something like, ma’am excuse me a moment. I said instead you just disappear. His response was, he laughed! Didn’t apologize for being rude just laughed. That’s the type of people you want representing your store?? SERIOUSLY! He thinks he is entitled, and he’s arrogant! He should have apologized for being rude. Teach that boy some customer service skills before putting him up front.

I am seeing a trend when ordering delivery online. Burger is doing this too. You place an order, they always shortship something and then when ask to reemburse the customer, they give an excuse well go through some service that is basically a 'run-around' This issue I noticed a few months ago, hadn't ordered from BK for awhile. Tried again few days ago - was shorted food items. And again today. I deleted all the food place I order from online. Bc I see a trend happening and the consumer is shorted. It's more on priniciple that I plan to get this exposed. The delivery fee along with all the additional charges is already way too expensive. Guess they found another way to get $$$ from us. Other chains are doing the same, then blame the delivery service. They only deliver what is given to them and the bags are sealed. The food places are not reembursing charges or any type of reembursement. Help me get the word out to folks. We need to stop this shortshipping then not refunding the money they owe us.

I got stuck in the drive thru for over 25 minutes because I couldn’t get out. It was just 3 cars including me. They should have big orders pull to the parking or something.
The Manger lady at counter was rude so I thought. Each customer commented, never greeted. Ignored, then asked what do you want to order. Or if busy with a task & asked for something she's would snap wait a min.later I could see just short handed. She wasn't that bad.just not friendly type. No name tags. My food wasn't great. Was hot but onion ring has a reefer burt taste and my new chicken wrap was hard. But the place was clean. We will try it again.
