The food is great and hot. The service is fast, and accurate. However, if you go there when it opens they only have orange chicken prepared and I think only chow mein. You would have to wait longer for the other food to be cooked and prepared in order to select them. The ambiance is in the mall so it varies. I would recommend going here for good Chinese food with good portioning, however go at a later time in the day so you can get all of the options available.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at Kevin's poor customerexperience in front desk. After requesting to pack tofu, Kevin grabbed the bag while still processing the bill and told us to leave. Upon inspecting I discovered that all the eggplant had been packed, but not a single piece of tofu, despite had to bepaid for tofu and eggplant items.Not to mention I am a regular customer there since 2016

For the love of god don't eat here. My coworker used to work for Chinese Gourmet and they experience firsthand their standard of cleanliness. The back of the restaurant is visibly dirty and generally gives me a sick feeling in my stomach, and occasionally they'll find roaches in their batches of orange chicken. Roaches. Their infestation is so bad that we sometimes find roaches in the arcade I work in, which is a considerable distance from Chinese Gourmet. This used to be my favorite Chinese takeout place, but after finding out about this do NOT touch this place with a 10-foot pole.

Girl at front desk is very rude she was on left side and i ordered veggie rolls but said nothing she grab rolls and was ready for checkout she didn’t told me your ready for checkout and come this side, she just stand at cashier register for 5 mints i asked her what happen she said $4.99 that was rediculas

Customer service is terrible! There's a newer employee white lady with glasses and the last two visits she was totally rude to me and other customers. It threw me completely off both times as it was unprovoked and out of the blue. If you don't like your job why are you working there? Customers are the sole reason you get a paycheck - do better. If you are underpaid for your work take it up with your boss or find another job.

Received food poisoning from this place. The reason I know it was here was because its all i ate Monday February 6. My vomit contained food from there. Orange chicken and chow mein looked old.

Opens late. OVER EXPENSIVE!!! I was so hungry and they were taking so long I just asked them to give me a SMALL box of orange chicken. Before ordering I asked how much the large box was and they said $10. I just asked for a small and they still charged me $10. And I even asked $10 for the small too? She said yes. $10 of a SMALL box of orange chicken. That's more expensive of the whole meal? How does that even make sense ? Food is not bad. But something here is wrong and they need to fix it.
Customer service was horrible! I had a young lady help me with my order and her first impression by not smiling or at least faking one already set the tone. I was being nothing but nice to her but clearly she didn't want to be there anymore. The proportion was horrible as well... I don't expect you to stack it up all the way up to the point where I can't close the container but come on! Last thing I wanted to ask is if she can add more lol because I just wanted to pay and leave. Would I be coming here again? Unfortunately the answer is NO. Not worth it

Love their BBQ Pork and the sweet and sour chicken was good as well. Better than Panda Expess and I like Panda. Didn't get 5 stars because it was $13 for rice and 3 entrées otherwise recommended

Lol have you guys been down there lately? There's 2 girls that works there and they don't take s*** from nobody lol showed up last month and one of them had headphones and the other one was passively aggressive about why ordering an extra side of bbq pork wasn't normal. Me and my friend left there feeling like we picked up a box of belongings from some type of breakup.. confused and questioning if we did something wrong lol Anywho fast forward to today and my boss was craving their food and we told him "dude good luck and don't make eye contact"... he left unsure what we meant. But when he returned 20 mins later, he came back saying he Met the God Butcher herself. Lol they didn't have what he wanted but didn't want to cancel the order because she told off a door dasher that was being ignored. I guess you're wondering why I'm putting 5 stars? It's because she's wild and it gives us something to laugh about which is well worth the belittling

Some of the worst chinese food I’ve had in my life. I didn’t have much expectation because its a mall food court, and I was still disappointed.Food lacks flavor and was way too salty. Orange chicken had no chicken in it. I came here during lunch and everything tasted stale, like food left out since yesterday.
