Ice cream is always 10/10. Customer service doesn't even deserve 1 star. Whenever I go with a coupon, they can never honor it. What's the deal?? You get customers to come in, order ice cream, and when they're ready to pay using a coupon, you decide you can't use it? Twice in the last 2 months I've been told the coupon expired when it says clearly in my email that it hasn't expired yet. And the workers don't do ANYTHING about it. They straight up lie saying it's expired despite me showing my email with an expiration date a few days out. The ice cream is good, but not that good to keep getting scammed out of extra money when I have valid coupons. One was $5 off any purchase, the other was a BOGO Free. This issue needs to be fixed.

So sad to pick up this cake, poorly decorated, originally misspelled (it said “felling 11” instead of “feeling 22”), wrong color, and smeared. So disappointing. The new management does not uphold the previously high quality standards of before. Don’t get your birthday cake here or you’ll be sad :( and it was $60!!! Won’t offer a refund and has been rude and unprofessional when called about getting reimbursed.

Cold Stones is my favorite ice cream place. We don't have one within 100 miles of where we live, so stopping when traveling is a treat. With a love it signature creation being 7.99 now, I won't be stopping at this one again. Not because of the price, but because my mud pie mojo had maybe a part of one oreo cookie, a half a teaspoon of peanut butter, couldn't see or taste the chocolate sauce. My husband's Oreo Overload was definitely NOT overloaded with oreo's! If we wanted plain ice cream, we would have gone to Thrifty's.

We went during the closing hours and the staff was still energetic and friendly assisted us with lot of samples.Very clean store and well maintained. None of the ice cream containers are empty. We enjoyed the chocolate brownie and the cotton candy flavor ice creams.

Average taste... have better options. More dissapointed with service.. went to purchase an ice cream with kids gift card for the kids.. gift card was loaded in the wallet and it was showing the card amount. But it was not honored but got a rude reply saying we need the card number..

I went to cold stone earlier today with my 9 yr old brother to celebrate his first ollie on a skateboard. He was so excited to get a scoop of birthday cake remix and everything was going great until the guy serving us left the cone on the counter. I asked him politely to replace the cone because the counter was so dirty. He reassured me he had cleaned it earlier in the day but there was drops of melted ice cream and all types of filth. So I just looked at him awkwardly and asked for a different cone again and he said no. I didn't want to cause a commotion since my brother was with me so we just left the place and I had to throw away the cone.I love cold stone ice cream but man I am never coming back here again.
