We waited over an hour and only received 1 out of 4 plates. The one order we did get was greasy and cold. We left before the others came out. When we paid for the one plate the waiter told us they hadn’t even started the other three. We will not be dinning here again.

I love the food at El Patio here in Tracy. I am planning on a small party and would like them to cater it but not sure how to get information and if I need to do it in person or on their their website but I am sure I will do it somehow. I always order the same food which is their shredded chicken quesadilla. I recommend trying this restaurant.

We tried to go yesterday (Saturday) to celebrate my last day at work in Tracy which was Friday but it was closed. Said it was open online so I had everybody come out to eat and the place was closed. Business hours on the door but no type of note saying why it was closed it was completely dark. The business next door said they are sketchy and sometimes they are open and sometimes they aren't but no notice or anything. They could have at least put a sign out front. Instead we were standing outside looking stupid. Tried to call the number but no answer it just kept ringing. Very disappointed. Was really looking to trying it but we all ended up going to Applebee's instead since I drove from San Leandro

We used to love this place, but our last two visits have been less than desirable. Food was very poorly cooked, not one of our orders were accurate, we waited close to one hour for our food after waiting 25 minutes for someone to take our order. We will never go here again. This place used to be thriving and a fun / good place to go with the family, sadly it has really gone downhill. Ill be surprised if it stays in business.

? omg the new owner is absolutely amazing! His family run the business and I honestly think this place is delicious! They have strong attention to detail and the food is so good and I kept ordering more food. I definitely broke my diet lol. Their micheladas are so good! Also the place is clean and very affordable. This place has so much potential to do catering and private parties. I hope they consider it! For those who know Tracy and been to Los Potros, this place has food that taste as good as them! No lie! Almost wanted to ask if they had the same Cool ?. You better believe I’m coming back.

I had my daughter's Quinceañera at El Patio Restaurant the Original. We tasted the food 1 month before the actual day, food was good so we decided to get it done there. We signed a contract for renting the hall attached to the restaurant, I paid $4,500 for food and rental, food was Very Nasty! All my guests were complaining, I was S000000 embarrassed!!! I was N0T allowed to bring any alcohol, so my guests paid for their alcohol drinks, I purchased a bottle of Don Julio Tequila AND he charged me $240 for the smallest bottle of Tequila. I asked for a receipt and got nothing, we got to the place LATE because Sam did N0T gave us enough time to decorate the hall, so we started late, Exactly 9 PM he was already upset and started pushing me to get my guests out of the place!! The DJ was getting his stuff together and NEEDED time to disconnect and carry all his equipment to his truck but he did N0T care, he said we had to leave! He did N0T gave us time to take any of my Decor,he said to comeback on Tuesday because he does N0T open on Sunday NOR Monday, we had to wait for him until 1PM They stole around 200 masks, some Decor disappeared and he was nowhere to be found to ask him for my STOLEN items, I got tired of calling trying to talk to him! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DO YOUR EVENT!! BESIDES WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, IT IS NOT WORTHY YOU TIME AND MONEY!! I GIVE -1000 (MINUS 1000) STARS!!!

I went to El Patio the other day. Here is an honest review of my experience. Most items on the menu were not available. The waitress said "Tell me what you want and I'll tell you if we have it". She recommended tacos. A chicken and beef then brought me a weird tortilla with chopped up beef. (Picture to follow) There was no rice available - a staple in a Mexican restaurant! Salsa was so watery and light pink. The waitress was nice and embarrassed that there was hardly anything to choose from. One star is too much to give.

I really wish I could have tried the food. They open at 11AM on Saturday but the doors are locked at 12:20. Grinch walked by as we tried to open the door and just scowled. Pretty sure she did us a favor based on other reviews.
HORRIBLE! They don't deserve a star. Arrived at 4:30pm to drop off my kid in their banquet space for a dinner. The rest of the family decided to have dinner there as well. They did tell us that they'll serve the kids first. Ok we were fine with that. 6:20 came and still NO food. My kids event was done so we just canceled and left. Extremely poor management. They didn't seem to care that we canceled our order. They had ONE waitress for the whole place. At one point someone from the kitchen brought another table their drinks and chips and then disappeared. Never again. They need to plan better or just shut the restaurant done if they can't serve more than the private event.

We were not allowed to pick up my decorations until Tuesday after our Saturday event, I Asked the owner if all my stuff would be safe, he said YES, unfortunately over 200 masks were stolen, 4 Beach chairs and some other Decor, we had to wait for him until after NOON on Tuesday, my guests (teachers most of them) were paying for their own drinks because I was not Allowed to bring alcohol into the restaurant, I purchased a small bottle of Don Julio Tequila for $250, he really got $$$$$ from me and my guests, NOT HAPPY WITH FOOD!! ABUSE OF PRICES!! AND definitely N0T nice experience! I will N0T make ANY business with El Patio (Frank) Ever!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

There is WAAYYY better Mexican food in Tracy. Ordered delivery, they forgot items, didn't top flautas with lettuce/tomato, street tacos were bland and had no sauce, ordered tostada ceviche and they forgot the tostada... terrible for how how much they charged. Oh well, lesson learned!

Found wire in our chips! Literally in-twined in the chip. The server was very apologetic and service was great but the food was NOT good. Also, the manager never came by one time to check in with our table about the wire issue. I'll never go back.
