Ice cream parlor, not "frozen yogurt"; they have a variety of Sundaes, milk shakes, scoops, cones and toppings. They also have a variety of hot cocoas, and being part of the Ghirardelli factory, they had tons of Ghirardelli chocolate for sale. The sundaes themselves are quite large, most people in our party (7 adults, one kid) couldn't or barely finished theirs.Some sundaes had nuts, some did not. They also had one ice cream option that was dairy free. Of course they had a variety of milk and dark chocolates. They also had free water.We were there on a Saturday afternoon in November so it wasn't busy, but there was still a fairly steady stream of customers going through. Plenty of parking right outside. There was seating inside and outside. Plenty of room for large parties although the tables are all on the small side. We moved a few tables close together for our party of 8, and put them back when we were done. The place was very clean, service was very good. They do have a restroom, but I did not use it. This would be a good hangout spot even though it's kind-of in the middle of nowhere.I will definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: Sundaes are with, or without nuts. One 'dairy free' option.Parking: Lots of parking. Normal sized spots (Large SUV's fit fine) Uncovered. Some spots for EV and handicap.Kid-friendliness: Not too kid friendly as there are lots of bags of chocolates for sale at toddler level, kids definitely need to be supervised, but welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor. Doors are not automatic. Sidewalks ramp down to parking lot level in certain places.

Best ice cream and milkshakes I've ever had, just unfortunately exorbitant prices but can't say it's not worth it. I find myself coming back here again and again for the chocolate milkshake
Stopped by for a birthday treat and had the strawberry passion. Comes with two scoops of vanilla, hot fudge, and strawberry purée and chocolate covered strawberry. This was covered in whip which I'll break my diet any day for. The inside area is large and spacious. Looks just like their old location in Lodi. Super delicious.

Much larger and feels much different than their Lathrop location. Much larger seating area for their ice cream specialties inside and outside. Same quality products.

Delicious, fast, considering how busy it was. It's not always as busy as it was that day. it must have been a timing thing. My wife and I have been back a few more times.

It's a great new spot, much nicer than the one in Lathrop, IMO. Larger and lighter, for a nicer experience. My sundae was well-made and didn't skimp on anything. Made for a really good break on a long drive.
