My family and I walked into the Golden Corral located in Tracy, Ca. The young blonde girl at the cash register was extremely rude with us as if we were bothering her. She rudely said that they didn’t open until 8, and I let her know the painted sign on the window read Sat & Sun breakfast from 7:30-11. She then said very rudely “look we don’t open until 8” and walked away with a horrible look on her face. As a person who works in Customer Service I understand that customers can test your patience and that she may have even had a bad start to her morning, but this young lady literally acted as if she hated her job and did not want to be there this morning. Her attitude and disposition is very concerning and should not be in the front with such a horrible attitude.

Cheap stuff. Potatoes and more potatoes with greasy mistery stuff. Premade cakes, pies and cookies. All of it is too sweet and flavorless. It is my first time there and will be the last. The room in run down. The utensils, plates, cups and glasses are old. Don’t waste your money.

Easter Sunday 2024 1000 AM - place was full, people walking around the buffet with plates but no decent food to put on them. Beans, rice, zucchini, baked potato and meatloaf and mini corn dogs but no fried chicken, no fries, no shrimp, no eggs, no sausage, no bacon no pancakes or french toast. Husband I spent $49.00 for a piece of meatloaf and a forkful of some nasty shredded potatos and a scoop of apple cobbler. Nasty. Won't ever come back.

Amazing Staff at the Ready. The moment my family and I walked in were greeted and helped. They asked how many adults and age of children. Priced based on the time you go in and amount of people based on adult or child. Prices are fair, in my opinion, no complaints.There is plenty of parking in the shopping center. Also seen handicap ♿️ parking and electric ports near.There were so many options of food to pick from. I'm excited to try new things and glad to see the kids eating, which is hard to believe in how picky they are. The cooks that helps serve were nice and explained the food if needed also.5-5 will be coming back. Just from the staff alone! Good job!Parking: Plenty of parking, big shopping center.Kid-friendliness: A lot of food kids enjoy. Especially the picky ones.Wheelchair accessibility: They have plenty of handicap ♿️

UPDATE!! 3-30-24 I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM NOBODY EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD NE TO SEND EMAIL AND I DID...... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON BOTH ENDS.I took my wife and two kids here for dinner a few weeks ago and it was very old fried chicken and when I told the guy behind the cook station he gave my attitude and was very unpleasant. He told me if I wanted fresh chicken it will be 20 minutes. I asked why so long and he said because you want it fresh. I was in shock and felt very embarrassed as there were other customers around. When I spoke to the lady at the register she also seemed like I was a problem. I felt like I wasted my hard earned money to take my family here for old food and rude customer service. It's a shame because we loved that place but can't afford to waste our money.

I asked why Bill was almost $25 from $20 the guy said 'taxes' and smiled. U have to pay to get in, after I sat down I realized I was charged $3.59 for a water! A lady manager said that's ridiculous and refunded the funds back on card otherwise I would've given 3 stars because the guy did it on purpose! Some food was pretty good half was just ok. Thanks for refund lady!
