Loved the waffles. Spongy, fluffy, and yummy :) Also, their crispy and crunchy salad along with in house dressings. Overall, our family of four had a scrumptious meal ? at this location! Gianna, did a fabulous service. Kudos to her and her sincere efforts in making our meal a delightful one!Kid-friendliness: Kids have a separate menu and activity sheets to play + color.

I visited here expecting the food to be the same as other IHOP locations I had visited. But it was not cooked properly, warmed properly or seasoned properly. They probably need to take a little more time to make sure they are cooking to the company's standards. Waitresses seemed to be lollygagging, which is why it was cold. Won't be returning to this location.Parking: It's located within a mall area, so there is beyond enough parking!

I went for the $9.99 breakfast promotion, I was surprised that the cost of the coffee is almost half of the breakfast, in my opinion the cost-benefit is very disproportionate.

I came in Ihop tracy at 2:30 a.m. and ordered French toast combo. The food was excellent everything was fine until the waitress asked me, " sir are you ready to check out or do you need a few moreMinutes?". I just finished eating not more than 2 minutes prior. Do not go to this IHOP late night I cannot believe she rushed me out of there!

First time eating at this location and the wait time was fast...food was great...and servers super attentive and friendly .
It may seem strange to go to IHOP for burgers but they are the best and the onion rings are Devine!However, the hamburgers were "frozen" so we couldn't order them. Had the sampler breakfast. Good but not great.
We just had some of the most exceptional service I've ever had at any restaurant by the lovely Robinette.She was working the entire place by herself. Didn't use a tablet, remembered everything! I have only ever seen that at a high end restaurant. She was running around that place, not like a chicken with her head cut off but like an athlete "in the zone". Whatever she gets paid, I'm certain it's not enough. I'm not much of an IHOP fan, but I'm now a fan of Robinette and would be willing to go back just to watch a master at work.

They seated me quickly, however it took a waiter forever to even acknowledge me and my daughter. We were there for almost 15min before they even offered us anything to drink. Many different waiters walked by and saw we weren't helped but kept walking past us anyway. When they finally did, our food took forever and they skimp you out of everything. Tiny coffee cups and servings are small even the kids cups were tiny lol I only went there because my daughter requested it but it will be the last time.
