Well this Hawaiian BbQ place just shot up on my list when it comes to Hawaiian food thats close to being in hawaii. i there loco moco, and all other food also taste great! Their menu is a little more custom compared to most of its chain. Stop by and try for yourself. And order what you crave, cant go wrong with that.

I ate at L & L Hawaiin BBQ last week. It was my 1st time eating there. I loved the good and atmosphere. I'd highly recommend this spot. ??
Thought this place was aight, its losing its efficiency and quality of service. I already cancelled popeyes off my possible destinations, this place too. This whole shopping center is pretty garbage, besides quickly and pickles...You have to pay for your order over the phone our system is old blah blah blah.If you can't feed me....You just give me excuses.Customer is always right. If i dont want to prepay i dont have to...What if i get to the store and the food is TRASH? that eliminates the CONVENIENCE Of calling ahead to save TIME because then i would have to wait for the damn refund.Dumb policies, next time make my damn musubis ahead of time or i will find someone who will (Ono Hawaiian bbq , near panda express).See what you made me do?

The food was so good! The rice was perfect. The service was great. The only thing is that it was so hot in the restaurant. Not sure if they had a/c issues or something but it was warmer than normal. Other than that I recommend this place. Yummy food!

It's crazy how they ask you how you want your eggs and you say over easy and they give you hard eggs I'm sorry but getting the eggs right should be the easiest thing to cook in this place i had to send my plate back 3 times because they kept making the eggs wrong and i got so tired and upset that i just ate hard eggs the 4th time but how pathetic to not be able to get something so simple right. Call me petty but if I'm going to pay for simple food get it right!!!
This is one of the only restaurant that requires you to pay upfront over the phone for your orders. Not expensive orders only, but all orders. If your a cashing paying customer, calling in would be pointless. Food is average at best, and nothing special about it. Not to mention the long waits. There is another Hawaii bbq near by that taste better and can phone order hassle free. Would not recommend this.

Where to start...I'm a repeat customer and I was beyond disappointed with the food. First off the cost for a plate is over $18.00!!!!!! That's crazy. The price has never been that high and once I got home opened my container I was shocked to see the smallest scoop of Mac salad and rice I've ever seen. I didn't have enough to enjoy my lau lau with it. The Malasada tasted like they were pre-frozen. They definitely were not fresh. I'm so disappointed with the food and overpriced menu, at this location that I won't be going back for a long long time if not ever!

Our orders are always correct and delicious. This time I went in and while waiting there were two minor issues with other customers orders. The woman, who I imagine is the manager, quickly and apologetically fixed the problem with a genuine smile on her face. She then used it as a teaching moment with her employees, in a kind way, not placing blame or getting upset.
