I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for some healthy goals to reach! With professional trainer support and personal lesson to boot camp group classes! You will reach your goal in no time! Good location and good value

I've always signed up for gyms and then not go. However, I can see myself going to this gym long-term. There's a variety of different fitness classes at affordable prices! I went to my first Boot Camp (first time ever doing this sort of thing) and truly enjoyed! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and the workouts were challenging (by Isaiah). I have been working with Keith for several months now and he is an amazing and very skilled personal trainer. He gives challenging and creative workouts, is kind, friendly, and knows how to design a full-body workout that targets all the major muscle zones. I highly recommend him and The Gym. During Covid-19 and quarantine he has also been available to do Zoom classes long-distance.
