Came here on a whim looking for a snack. I ended up getting the mini pancakes with chocolate drizzle. The chocolate tasted like the chocolate abuelita that you use for Mexican hot chocolate! It was yummy! The pancakes however fell flat. They weren't fluffy and thick like other places I've been. The place is cute but it was warm inside (no AC in Tracy?!) and smelt kinda funky.

Order a chicharron they forgot 2 put the sour cream,cheese, dorito was stale. Lady up front had a F up attitude. This chicharron tostada made me sad ?

Omg I just had the worst customer experience today. Camila employee and the supervisor monstera not willing to give me a higher point of contract for an owner or corporate. And rude a** service the audacity to take peppers off my purchase with her fingers and to speak extremely rude like they are giving me free stuff. I usually spend 60 dollars + every visit! This is the last time I come here it suck that the supervisor did nothing to even control this employee. I would give these 2 people zero stars

For me, the menu was a bit hard to decode. I just went by the pictures and the staff was a little helpful too. I ended up getting a mangonada and tostilocos. The large Mangonada was too huge for me and it was not like a slushie, but just a cup full of icecream scoops of your choice and toppings. The taste was good overall. Definitely punchy and flavorful. I may come back to taste other items on the menu.
Im vegetarian and eating pork goes against my religious beliefs so i asked for tostilocos without cueritos (pork rinds) and the girl accidentally added them and that's fine. i work at an ice cream shop too and accidents happen but i don't just secretly remove my accident for them to find out about later... Transparency is important in the food business but not to this worker i guess. as you can see i found pork rinds in my food i'm just leaving this review in hopes of this not happening to anyone else.

They have a huge variety of flavors! We used to often the one in Newark when we lived in East Bay, and we're glad we have one in Tracy too! Our go-to is always the Mangonada...we've tried some other items too and haven't been disappointed. Staff were pretty nice when we went, and the store is clean.

Fun family ice cream shop next to La Plaza Market on Tracy Blvd, many choices $3.99 for a single cup. Lots of ice cream bars also. Grandkids loved it!
