Buffet sucks unless you specifically tell them to go their job and make pizzas. Otherwise they won't. Spent my lunch break here and they made a grand total of 2 pizzas to serve 10 people. I was trying to be polite and give the benefit of the doubt thinking "SURELY THEY'LL BRING OUT MORE PIZZA..." And only when I was leaving and voiced my displeasure for the guy tell me that because there wasnt enough people in the restaurant that I needed to tell him what I wanted him to make......he offered to make me a pizza to go after I told him my lunch is over and I'm leaving...my 3 little slices of pepperoni was $14. CRAZY

So I went and ordered a large pizza last night and the pizza maker finger nails was filled with black stuff idk if it was dirt or dookie so I asked the owner SIMMIE who made the pizza and he lied and told me that his wife did so I asked him again and he said the employee made then I asked him to have his employee to wash his hands before making any pizza orders then I told him to look at his employee hands they were NASTY so I told him that I didn't want the pizza and to refund my money immediately I would never in my life return to SIMMIE mountain Mike's pizza again .

Manager is inconsiderate, food is overpriced. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to the Schulte location before I ever return here again. Twice now on separate occasions I've placed orders and been told upon arrival that they cannot honor coupons I got FROM THEM. GrantLine location listed on the flyer and no, they were not expired. Total $53 for a large one topping pizza and a 12 piece wing. Do yourself a favor and try Gold Dust Pizza in Ripon.. Great prices, amazing friendly staff and delicious pizza.

I've been ordering from this location for the past 3 years. Haven't really had too much of a problem from them until now. I placed a order for a small half specialty pizza and pepperoni. I was really starving and it was about 815pm when I placed the order. By the time the order arrived it was about 9pm. Instead of curving right there at the door like I normally do, I didn't and let the delivery driver leave and tipped him. When I opened up the pizza it was incorrect, so I politely called them back and informed them they made my pizza incorrectly. The manger or owner apologized and told me either they could send someone back out with the correct pizza or next time I order it would be on the house for the same pizza. Today I called to order the pizza they said would be free and instead of him honoring what he told me, he's telling me I have to pay for the small pizza and delivery fee but would send a medium pizza for free. What sense that makes idk? Especially when I only wanted the pizza they messed up on and didn't need a extra pizza on top of that which I told him. He still insisted of me paying. That was it for me! I will not be spending another dollar at this place. Go to round table instead! Cause if they mess up they want you to pay for it!

We have ordered garlic bread and a chicken pizza. They didn't taste good. The garlic bread is greasy and smells like old and contaminated oil. The pizza didn't taste good either. It is not worth the premium price for their food. I had stomach upset too. ?

LOST CUSTOMERS-WON'T BE RETURNING HERE-Have been ordering to-go pizzas from here for several years, (family of 7-never an inexpensive bill) decided this time to go enjoy the lunchtime pizza/salad buffet. 4 of us ordered the buffet plus an additional joined us (makes 5) and ordered a separate pizza to eat while there, so well over $100 spent (not including the tip we gave the girl). Towards the end of Buffett service, the owner asks, "Are you going to eat more because we're done with Buffett now" well obviously we're done if that's what you're telling us. Got a box to take the additional pizza ordered, asked for a simple ranch to go-he says, "it's .75 because we don't give free for to go orders." I was confused and the girl I'd already tipped just stood there-saying nothing!Clearly not the cost of the ranch that was a bother but I just spent a good amount of money there and because we boxed the rest of the pizza I paid for, he considered it "to-go" and wanted to penny pinch our service. I refuse to support unappreciative businesses-

This place is the absolute WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER!!!! Horrible absolutely worst customer service EVER! Went for my son's team party, placed my order in app to beat the rush. Why did team members get thier pizza before my online order? When I approached cashier to inquire she tried to tell me they place thier order 1st. None of what she was saying made sense! Once our food came out server place wrong pizza on our table, came back with correct pizza order and asked us why we accepted the other pizza. To which we replied you said nothing to us and just dropped the pizza at out table turned around and walked away! This young lady had a major attitude problem! Spoke to manager about this and he was not much help. He was justifying her attitude. I will never visit this or any other Mt. Mike's ever again! I hope as a franchise you provide training to the entire staff! It's badly needed at this place!

The buffet is back and it's a good deal. Starting at 11am M-F. We got there right when they opened and started the buffet. Salad bar was ready with several options to top your greens with, and 4 dressings to choose from.The first pizza to come out was a half combo & half pepperoni. The second was half Hawaiian & half pepperoni. The garlic cheese sticks are very tasty. Bottomless soft drinks with the buffet.
