I loved the food I ordered on the app so I was a Lil new to it you have to ask then to cut and toast your bagel and add the cream cheese on as well just a heads up to those ordering on the app.

I've been a loyal customer at Panera Bread for the last three years, and I've always enjoyed the welcoming environment and delicious food. Recently, however, I've noticed a shift in the atmosphere that has me concerned. While I appreciate the diversity of patrons, the increasing presence of homeless individuals has created an uncomfortable environment for paying customers like myself. I believe in inclusivity and welcome everyone, but it's essential for Panera to maintain its reputation as a family-oriented space. I want to continue enjoying my meals at Panera without feeling uneasy about the atmosphere. I hope the management takes these concerns to heart and works towards maintaining the inclusive yet paying customer-friendly environment that makes Panera special. My concern extends beyond personal comfort; I worry that too much homelessness might negatively impact the business. Panera's success is built on providing a pleasant dining experience, and an environment that makes paying customers uncomfortable could lead to a decline in business. This is something I'm genuinely afraid of and believe addressing the issue promptly is crucial.

Love this location! Amber at the front was absolutely fantastic and she answered all the questions I had while being so kind!! I love this location and will continue coming here, great place to study!

The Tracy Panera has greatly improved. The staff is nice and the food is fresh. The brownies are soft and the food feels made to order. So glad I could come back and add more stars!

This panera used to be better. It seemed a little dirty and my salad bowl felt gritty on the outside of it. My salad had just a small amount of chicken.

$30+ for two sandwiches that were slapped together so sloppy that there wasn't enough meat to cover the bread. What a waste of money, we haven't been here for a while a was really looking forward to it. I brought it to the managers attention who did nothing but give me a blank stupid stare. Save your money, you're better off going to the grocery store and making it yourself!!

There is no ambience! It's like a maze. Good thing I'm not claustrophobic. I still don't understand the "add 2"- and the cashier didn't seem to understand it either. Very confusing. Finally, my boyfriend and I each got a pepperoni/chicken/mozzarella melt, and a bowl of Turkey chili. The Turkey chili was excellent -I highly recommend it. I don't recommend the melt. The pepperoni overpowered the whole sandwich. You couldn't even taste the chicken. Was there any? The whole thing with two sodas came to about $45.00!! Next time I'm going to an independent restaurant where the food is better, I get served, and there's some warmth and atmosphere to the place -a much better value for the money!

2 weeks in a roll my order was incorret. On returning last week and asking to see what was being put in the bag the person preparing the order was very rude and acted as if the situation was humorous. I observing hwr I missed that she didn't put in one of the items orderes. The previous weeks the wrong item was put in the bag. At no time did any of the staff apologize for the errors that were made. I am just one customer so my not ever returning to this store will not make of a difference. But if your staff demonstrated that action to me I am sure they have displayed thoughs actions to other. Fortunately for me and my family there are other Panears that family visit frequently and have never been treated like this.

The outside seating was nice but I won’t go back there.They didn’t get the order right. Although they made a new sandwich for me, the service made me feel like I was trying to get a free sandwich- the pickup order person told us to take the incorrectly made sandwich but the person who delivered the sandwich said they had yo take the incorrectly made sandwich back. Lost my appetite all together and won’t go back to Panera.

The food here is always as expected. And it's always consistent. It's not AMAZING food, but it's consistent and sometimes that is better than random good and bad. I can always count on this place for "good food".
