It's the 3rd time they either get my order wrong or I missed items and realized it when I am already home, food it's alright service is bad, tables are dirty and I won't be coming back again, I'd used the app because I was in a rush and 3 times my orders were unforfilled

It's definitely worth it to check out their offers on their app before you go, you will save a good amount. Lots a flavor and sauces to choose from. I would say their tenders are a little small, but that could of also just been for the day we went there, not sure about always.

$10 for coffee cup size mac-n-cheese (what they call a Large) and $5 for half a coffee cup size (Regular) of coleslaw is just robbing people... WOW!
I ordered my food and the worker gave my food to another customer, as the customer walked to go out he realized that he had the wrong order. He brought the food back, and the worker put her bare hands In my bag, and took out the sauce.to hand it to the customer that she gave my order to. I don't know where her hands have been. I asked for fresh food since she put her hands in my bag and on top of that had given it to the wrong customer . The Manager who was in the store tossed my fries on the counter and turned around. He says he was the owner, I knew that was a lie,I will be calling the Better Business Bureau. The store wasn't clean, no one had gloves on, as I walked out the store the Manager or so he says he's the Manager/Owner called me a name. I will never go back there again.

I normally don't eat fast food, but wanted to try as I was hungry while running some errands. I was surprised by the quality and taste, especially their blackened spicy chicken sandwich. A little bit of a kick, good moist chicken and overall felt freshly made.Their fries taste good too.
Ordered classic chicken sandwich and hot spicy, ordered combo and did not get correct sides. Charged for red beans and rice and it should of been a side for a combo I ordered.

I go to get lunch about 423 and a employee is yelling racial slurrs WTH!! AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE MANAGER THE LADY WAS YELLING AT..2 LADYS DO THIS HERE TALKING ABOUT MEXICANS OH HELL NOOOOO!! IM OPENING MY MOUTH NEXT TIME..UM HELLO LADY SHE NOT MEXICAN ..YOU THINK THESE PEOPLE KNOW ..ANYWAY VERY BAD ENVIRONMENT I DONT KNOW HOW A OWNER CAN LET SOME ONE TALK DOWN AND TO THEIR OWN MANAGER ..BAD FOR BUSINESS..and this the manager is the sweetest thing..EWW BUT LET ANOTHER CUSTOMER HEAR ALL THAT HOSTILITY..if I hear her one more time when I go in I'm calling your corporate and Labor law!
