Customer service does need help, I asked for a cup of ice for my baby as it was 100 degrees outside; waited for 30 mins for 3 staff members to decide if it was possible. All 3 kept looking at me but I walked away with no cup of ice, even though I offered to pay for it as I just had bought a drink 45 mins before!

Not a very sanitary place to eat. Disgusting to say the least. These people are scamming guests for jelly in a tea drink. Not worth it. I suggest you find somewhere sanitary. Not a friendly environment and the management sucks.
