Gone to this location a few times. The first time for dinner was great- quick service. My husband went for the lunch buffet they have and the first time around was great, although when I went with him the second time, none of the food was ready. To be fair, we were the only ones in there and I didn't mind, but not too long after a couple guys in walked in with their work attire and they had to wait a little while to eat. I'm not here to review for them, but just bringing up the fact that you may want to consider whether or not to do the lunch buffet if you're on a time crunch. It also could've been just that specific day too- but either way the food is great here

Ordered a pizza at 11:35am for a 6pm pick up . I got to restaurant at 5:50 pm and the worker said it would be 15min he then went to tell the cooks to start cooking the order. I had to wait an additional 15-18 minutes for my food to finish. No apology not even a drink was offered. Very poor customer service at this particular restaurant. I would consider going to the other location in Tracy or if you must go to this one just call in your order or order at the restaurant.

Ordered online for delivery as we have many times with light sauce. We received our pizza delivery driver was very nice however the pizza was so dry there was not a drop of sauce on the pizza it was like cardboard. Called the manager and explained how the pizza was and very disappointed because we never had a bad pizza from round table. Manager was so rude and arrogant. We will never order from the naglee store again!!!

The saddest part about this review is we've been ordering pizza from this location for years. We've seen the decline with customer service and had other problems but after today, we won't be ordering from here again. Ordered a pan crust pepperoni pizza with cheese on one side only and got a stuffed crust pizza with cheese on the whole thing. We immediately called to report the pizza was wrong and was told that it would be hours to redeliver a new pizza and that we'd need to return the other pizza - as if we are some criminals trying to get two pizzas. The way these people treat customers is like we are all some sort of criminals that don't deserve what we paid for. Pizza is expensive- over 60 bucks for one large pizza with half the cheese and wings...we should get exactly that. But no. So I told them to run me my money and come get this pizza! NEVER AGAIN.

Pizza use to be good. It was awhile since I returned to this location.. Me and the family decided to dine in and thought the pizza should of cooked a little more and maybe it was pulled from oven little too soon or temperature not set correct.Also, The fountain drink area if you want a cup of water is terrible! It seem like it would taste like toilet water.To the owner of this location, Invest in water purification. That's not good what you have.

Ordered a pizza a wings they told me 45 minutes 2 hours later bring me cold pizza an soggy wings. Called an they said I have to bring in the pizza an wings for a refund or for them to remake it, hole pint of ordering to my house because I didn't want to drive because me and my daughter have Covid. Will never order from here again live 5 minutes away should not take 2 hours for some food. Definitely not worth 60$

Great pizza. A little on the pricey side but the service was excellent and they were quick and nice with taking our order. Fun games for the kids to play and the restaurant was nice and clean. If you order delivery it will be like ten dollars mores we dine in and my husband enjoys the beer on tap so we love it

Their salad bar is awesome always full, the lettuce is crisp and cut into smaller pieces then other salads I've eaten. Friendly, a little cheese twists are awesome also.
Found this in my pizza twist . Very disappointed. Do better round table.

Placed an order online at 6:49pm, the confirmation said it would be ready at 7:09pm. I didn’t get my pizza till 7:50pm and it was not that busy. Very disappointing.

25 minute wait to get a pizza for dine in. Given paper plates to eat off of instead of the ceramic ones. Had to remind them I ordered garlic twist after getting served the pizza. They had the doors propped open and it was chilly inside. I asked if I could close them because it was getting cold in the dining area and they said no because they said their ventilation was broken in the kitchen yet there were still people working in there (that is a violation of state law)

Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery at 3. It's Halloween, I know they will be crazy later, don't mind cold pizza. 1 pizza had onions, and we as a family hate onions. We had asked for them to be removed. Anyways, check pizzas, see error, call them expecting a refund because it's Halloween and I won't be home in a few hours. They say they will send a replacement out quickly, which was awesome. Even better, the fresh pizza was delivered before I hopped out of the shower. Super quick. I would of taken a refund, but am thankful for the pizza!
