Bust took along time to get order that was called in. They took walk ins over called in order so 6 people ordered and sandwiches made and left before I received my order.

I thought my overall experience was great, one of the workers not sure of his name but a handsome young man, working hard make sure the store is spotless clean, making sure all customers feel welcome and satisfied with the food, will definitely be coming back.

Slow service, wrong order and lousy sandwich. Employees definitely need some training in customer service. Not worth your $$$ here. .

We were in town and this place was recommended for a great sandwich. The customer service was good, the young man at the register was super kind and very patient with our indecisiveness. We got the Crispy Chicken Crunch, and it was delicious! I wish there was a location in the Silicon Valley, so good!

Sandwiches were okay. The bread was great, but super small. I asked for extra toppings (peppers and olives) and even paid for them but I did not get extra. I barely got what should come on a normal sandwich. Definitely will not be back as there are better options in town.

Ordered a turkey and salami, and two other sandwiches. Got a 4 inch and 6 inch and an 8 inch. The 8 inch and 6 inch looked the same size. The bread was the best part. Other than that it was a mediocre sandwich. Really small. I ordered extra peppers and olives and didn't get hardly any at all. The lettuce and tomatoes are not great. Really below par for a sandwich place. Just unimpressed. Don't think we will be back as there are many better options in town.

We only ordered 1 item - clam chowder in a bread bowl ($10.81 after taxes). It took 20 min for our food to come out and there was only 1 other customer. The bread was pretty good, but the clam chowder was very watery with less than 1% clams! It was disappointing and quite honestly the worst clam chowder I've had, even worse than the canned ones at the grocery store. Otherwise, the place is clean and service was okay, except we ordered to dine in, but they put it in a to-go order.

The orders are almost ALWAYS made incorrectly. I ask for something plain, say exactly what I want on it and it comes with 5 ingredients I never mentioned. Of course, I don't often the energy to make a 10 minute drive once getting home with this incorrect order. This last time I finally did after 2 of 3 sandwiches were a mess. The customer service at this place is abysmal. The guy at register made no apology whatsoever, offered nothing in return but to remake the sandwich. I asked if I could also get a soda and he wanted to ring me up for it. I asked, "are you really charging me for that?" "Well, yeah, you didn't pay for a soda." "No, but I had to get in the car drive back and am spending 30 minutes of my time to get what I originally paid for." He said, "well I can give you a water cup if you'd like some water but I'm not giving you a free fountain drink." I said forget it. Waited like 20 minutes for the order to be remade. The lady came over and handed me the bag and I said, "thank you very much" and she completely ignored me and gave me a dirty look." I really hope the manager of this store sees this. These workers have no customer service skills. This was Sunday evening November 26th.

went in there and the music was way too loud. Too much yelling from the workers. It took them minutes to take our order. The restaurant itself was dirty, the tables were not clean which was a bummer as I was waiting 30 mins for my food. The food was fine, over priced for the quality and sloppiness of it.

Even though 5-6 people were working and there was only 1 other person in the store, they didn't have my order ready when it was estimated to be ready. In fact, they hadn't even started on it. The other person in the store was ordering when I arrived and got her order before me. Don't order online. Also, don't order using the doordash app if you decide to eat here. They jack up the prices by 30%. While I understand they want to recoup some of the fees doordash charges, 30% seems very excessive. Save yourself some money (and time) and just go order in person, if you decide to go here.

Let's start with the positive. The place was clean, it is a new building and been open couple months now. Cashier was very friendly, great customer service. I ordered an 8" hot roast beef with provolone with a side of potato soup. The bread was nice, the soup was ok. Sorry to say the sandwich was very disappointing. It was filled with shredded lettuce, a thin tomato, one slice of cheese and 2 slices of roast beef. For a $20 meal??? put some meat in that thing. I probably wouldn't eat there again. Should have went to Safeway. They make a way better sandwich and in my opinion, use a way better quality meats, boars head products.

Their bread is delicious. The meat is tender and juicy. The Cream of Broccoli Soup is tasty. Tonight I'm trying Cream of Potato.
